My first visit to Dr. Maddox was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Maddox took the time to show me my problem areas, which I have never had a dentist do before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed. She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free.

Christy, the Treatment Coordinator, is patient and thoughtful in the way that she explains and answers my questions. Her work is excellent and thorough. She sets the standard with professionalism and care! Christy is the best!

Seriously, I wish Shannon Maddox and her team could also act as my Primary Care Physician. I’ve never found a dental practice that I’ve loved more than this one. The girls are wonderful, professional, and the best gosh-darned dentists in OKC. If you don’t go here then you’re silly. There’s not a better practice with better people. Don’t have dental insurance? They offer some kind of financial assistance/ins through their office. Also, their administrators are the best administrators I’ve had the pleasure to interact with on a semi-regular basis. They are informative, helpful and fast. They also text, which is nice.

Go here. Get your teeth fixed. Nobody does it better.

There is truly not a better dentist or dental group. Lake pointe goes above and beyond for my family every time. From the moment we walk in we feel welcome. The hygienist/assistant's are very kind and always make sure we are comfortable. Dr. Maddox spends time with her patients and explains everything in detail. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything. I leave feeling good about the care my family has received. When our daughter gets anxious Dr Maddox and her team are very calm, patient, reassuring, and most of all kind. You will not find a kinder person than Dr. Maddox and the team she has.
