I have been going to iSmile in Lakewood since they opened and always receive top-notch care and advice.
Dr. Faye takes one-on-one time and care to address issues with me before they worsen, and I appreciate her honesty and expert advice and care. She truly cares about patients' oral health habits, and it's extremely helpful. The care that the team takes is evident in how beautiful my teeth are at 50 years old, and I still have all of my natural teeth! Thanks, Dr. Faye and team for everything you do!

**Update - I no longer come to this dentist. A lot of the staff has changed in fact the two people I listed below are gone. Lupe was a great hygienist and was just magically gone open day too.
It seems very disorganized now.
The receptionist don't see as friendly as before.
I reported an issue with a tooth and it wasn't handled in the same visit because they simply forgot. They wanted me to come back in. I was already fed up with their lack of communication and constant confusion and my final visit just helped me decide it was time to go.
It seems the only thing they were consistent on was reminding you that you were going to be charged a fee if you didn't show up to your appointment. Every single time there was a reminder of that, almost as if I owed. Which I didn't.
I had to move on.**

I love this place!

It's super convenient and and the staff members are extremely friendly.

Although everyone is great, there are two who I always look forward to seeing.

Gerson is polite, helpful and I really do appreciate his great service skills!
And Jinky is amazing at what she does. She's always so friendly, really encouraging, and over all an awesome person.

Been a part of Dr Faye's extended family for 5+ years. Outstanding service. First impression is everything... Clean office and greeted with friendly office staff. Never waiting more than a few minutes. Dr. Faye is so nice with great bedside manner. She always makes you feel important. She always takes the time to speak with me to make sure I understand the dental plan & everything
that's happening. She and her staff is very knowledgeable and well versed on latest technology in the industry. Me and my 3 daughters come here and are ALWAYS pleased. From the greeting at the door to the hygienist to Dr. Faye, you will get EXCELLENT service and treated like family. A

Dr Faye is by far the best dentist I ever had and I am so glad to have met her. My first visit with her she gave an overall x-ray and detected some underlying problems/infection before it even surfaces. She is very detailed-oriented, trustworthy and genuinely cares about her patients. The facility is clean and organized. The staff are so attentive, caring and welcoming. They have very impressive technology as well.

I have already sent couple of my friends to her and they came back really happy with iSmile service. I would definitely recommend them more to others.

Where do I begin? Let's start with the facility - clean, state of the art, very digital, and paperless - love it! Staff - extremely pleasant and friendly, booking appointment was an ease and first visit was quick and timely, I was in and out without a wait. Everyone is professional in every detail. Cost - considering I have insurance that covered 85% of my work I didn't pay much. However, my last dentist charged big time for the same services and treatments Dr. Faye and her staff charge so my out of pocket was considerably less. Teeth needed a deep cleaning and the process was smooth and painless. All in all I actually left in a very good mood, with money still in my wallet, pain free albeit a little numb, and extremely beyond satisfied with iSmile Dental. I couldn't be happier with my visit today and that's considering I found out I'll need a few fillings for some cavities. Dr. Faye and her staff have completely exceeded my expectations and my experience was extremely positive.

I found my forever dentist home. Dr. Faye and her staff are truly amazing. They are all kind and patient professionals. I also really love that this office has all the new technology. Trust me when I say how important this is. I had to learn the hard way that technology makes a big difference in dental diagnosis and care. The other thing that makes a big difference is Dr. Faye has other dentists on staff (who are just as amazing as Dr. Faye). This is important because it gives two professional eyes on your dental situation. Covid wise, this office also is very very safe. Give Dr. Faye a try, you wont be disappointed!

I have been a client here for 8 years since it's opened. Dr. Faye and the staff are phenomenal!! Not once have I came here without feeling so welcomed, safe, and well treated!

The staff here carries each of themselves in a professional manner and seem to be like a family. They also use technology and tools that are up to date for the best of your experience.
They value your time. They will tell you a list of availabilities and be prompt to your appointments.

Lastly, I find myself looking forward to coming here (I KNOW, who likes going to the dentist?) because for almost ten years now I've walked into such a friendly environment and left with professionally clean teeth! --shoutout to Alex.

Make sure you shop around. I decided to visit this office after reading the high reviews. (Keep in mind that I’ve visited another office BEFORE visiting this office. So I know the ball park amount that I’d pay for the work on my teeth.) After my X-rays, the office quoted me four-times more the cost of other offices! I found a new office.
And guess what y’all? Just guess. It's the same amount of work, MUCH less and more trust gained from a new customer. It’s a hassle, I know, looking for a new dentist office. However, you will save so much money if you just be patient enough to shop around. Trust me. Your future self, and oral health, will thank you in the future.
