No doubt in my mind that Dr. Chu is an exceptional dentist. I have been seeing Dr. Chu over 10 years and this is a long overdue 5 Stars review. She is professional, very friendly and patient. During my visits, she makes sure not rush as well as cleaning thoroughly and gently. She is informative on all the procedures and costs. I feel that she is focused on helping the patient, rather than just doing it for the money. I am happy and grateful under her care!

I've been coming to UR Dental for over 15 years. Dr. Chu is very patient and gentle with her patients. She takes the time to explain everything in detail. She's also very gentle with the patients and always checking to minimize discomfort during any dental procedures.
It's not easy to find a good dentist from what I hear others say. So I always recommend Dr. Chu to my friends and family.

Dr. Chu is by far the kindest and most patient dentist there is! She explains everything to you so you feel like you are in good hands. She constantly asks if you're okay and makes sure that you feel no pain at all. She's not out to get your money, and she'll give you honest opinions on what's the best treatment for you. She has a great movie collection as well to keep you distracted. She's smart and very nice to all her patients 🙂

I am a very nervous dental patient, and Dr. Chu's reassurance and understanding helped me to relax. She is very sincere, explains all proceedures to your satisfaction, checks on your comfort throughout the proceedures and has been a really painless dentist. I've gotten much better about going to the dentist because of her. I've recommended friends to her and the ones that have gone to her really feel the same way. I have never recommended a dentist before so my faith in her is very strong. She's a lovely person and takes a genuine interest in her patients.
