Pleasure to meet both Doctors pre/post TPLO surgery on our 9 year old Lab/Shep mix. First class explanations and professionalism. I like the fact they kept her overnight. Some don’t. If it costed us more, worth it to me and my pup.

Brought my pet in for an emergency (grateful for that first initial night) and ended up needing to hospitalize my pet for 3 nights. It was nearly impossible to communicate with the staff/dvm. My medical records were incomplete/had inaccurate info/were just straight up missing information - we were told our pet received a medication but it was not documented or charged for. We ended up spending $2400 for 3 nights of hospitalization and we were told our pet was getting better during her discharge. The team ended up misdiagnosing my pet/missing a major issue and we had to euthanize my pet within 24 hours of bringing her home from hospitalization. I left a message to speak with a practice manager a week ago and have yet to hear back and doubt I will. I have worked in the vet field for 13 years and have never seen such negligence and subpar customer service. Staff needs to work on their customer service skills, emotional intelligence, and communication. The only positive interactions that we had were with overnight techs Brittany & Josh, they were the only empathetic employees who were helpful - the one star is for them and them alone.

I've been overcharged everytime. My dog still has the same issue that was supposed to be resolved and I have been told it could be up to the same amount to take care of it again. Why should I have to pay them for not being able to care for my dog properly like they said would the first time?

We had to take our female Boston Terrier Ruby in because she stopped eating which stopped her output. I was frantic without Rue and they put up with me while they were taking care of her. We are extremely grateful for all their efforts and to Dr. Canon for graciously dealing with me when I was freaking out. Our Thanks go to Dr. Canon and all the staff. They are all so patient and caring and they do wonderful work.

They did a great job with my feisty guy - Dr. Cannon was very thorough with the process and how to have a successful post TPLO process.
My dog is now extremely active, no limping and has fully healed from his TPLO surgery and I couldn't be happier. πŸ™‚

I was a bit skeptical due to the few negative reviews, but I can see that a lot of people have some dream world expectations from a facility with such a high volume of patients in a professional field that is extremely hard to maintain especially with disgruntled customers and their unreasonable expectations. First week of January I called in for an emergency exam but unfortunately they were not taking anymore emergencies for the day. So I went to another veterinarian in another county. I didn't find out all too much about what was wrong with my beloved Abby, and so almost exactly a month from the day I went to that other vet, things with her got really bad and so I had to have her put down and I didn't know where to go. Wasson not only made me an appointment very quickly for the next day but I was notified shortly after they were able to actually get me in that day. I must say that is a very busy facility. I'm sure I wasn't there on a very busy day but there was still quite a few patients there. I'd like to thank Dr Holmes and the tech that day. It was the first time I ever had experienced a euthanasia and honestly I didn't know what to expect. Dr Holmes walked me through it and was very kind and calm and I felt comfortable in such an uncomfortable scenario. The tech was very nice and you could tell that she cared as she was holding tears back and maintaining composure. I received a very nice card with very good paw prints and nose print in the mail. I can only imagine how extremely difficult it must be to do the prints and have them turn out looking decent. Everyone there, even the patients owners seemed very compassionate and caring for one another. All of the staff did exactly what they needed to do when I came to them to say goodbye to my best friend. That right there means a lot to me

The staff here is so friendly and treats my pet like their own. The cost of care here is appropriate for the area and I have never had to decline the doc's recommendation due to the cost of treatment. The office is practicing social distancing due to covid-19 and comes to your vehicle to fill out paperwork then invites you and your pet to be seen inside, one family at a time. They go above and beyond here.
