I had to change dentists temporarily due to a change in my insurance, and selected this one for my family and me. Mind you, I’m spoiled because I’ve been seeing Dr. Decardenas for years and his office is amazing, but I’ve never seen anything like this. The office is very poorly run, the poor dental hygienist doubles as the receptionist. The office appears dirty and unkept, and the equipment is archaic. The dentist spent three minutes with me and told me to keep “doing what you’re doing” because my teeth are in great shape and I have no cavities…yet I’m under the care of a periodontist for my gums. No mention of my inflamed gums at all. The hygienist used regular floss to floss my teeth WITH BRACES up to the wire only…did not touch my gums. What’s the point? When inquired about the special floss pick I use for o floss with braces she simply said that she recommends we remove our wire prior to a cleaning and brushed my comment aside. There’s so much more I could say, but if you take anything from this at all, it’s to please stay away.

Stay away, this dentist owes me a refund and has not in 4 plus months sent me the monies. Several thousands of dollars
I went to another dentist and found out that this dentist started a root canal never finished it, and capped the tooth. I now have an infection in the tooth and have to pay for another dentist to correct the problem. I have filed a Formal Complaint against him with Florida Health. He is a scam artist STAY AWAY

This is the worst place ever, please don't loose your time going to this office, they just want your money, my insurance is by medicaid, well guess what They don't do the regular cleaning, they tell you that you need a deep cleaning, so they can charge you, $80 for each quadrant, what are about the regular cleaning that all insurance cover. NOT HERE. THEY NEED MORE AND MORE MONEY! DON'T GO HERE. IN THIS PLACE THEY JUST WANT TO RIP YOUR POCKETS.

Excellent service, Dr Peralta is great i am so glad he is my DENTIST. The office staff is wonderful. I recommend him to anyone.

If you want a happier smile go Miami lakes cosmetic dentistry where you will be received by an amazing team of professionals from the front desk to the doctors. I guarantee from my personal experience they did and excellent job and there work was amazing. I had my dental implants done and they came out fantastic. The clinic is clean and they do an excellent job being sanitary especially during this time of COVID.

Dr Peralta and staff passed with flying colors. Speak to Claudia at the front desk she brings years of experience to this practice. She has the patience to answer all your questions and put you at ease. The Dental assistants are beyond kind, very knowledgeable, explaining all as they proceed. It’s a dental team working in unison, focused to make sure every detail is covered. Dr Peralta is a Master of his Art. A true professional, a great listener and always operates with a gentle approach. Most important, he has a deep desire and true passion to offer his best care. He certainly knows how to create a beautiful smile. I was truly impressed. Without reservation, I recommend this awesome dental team highly.

I don't like to complain against any doctor, but Dr Peralta has no ethics. Be careful if you are thinking about going to his office.
This doctor doesn't deserve any star. He looks nice at the beginning, but then,when he gets what he wants, almost never will see him. He made me 4 implants and crowns and he didn't match the color of my teeth.
Never give him money in advance for any treatment you need, even if he doctor promess to reimburse your money when the insuranse pay. I trusted the doctor was honest and paid $5000.00. for 3 implants, because the insurance pays 2 every year and he said I needed 5. The dr said that it was better to do all the implants at once to save time, and have all my implants at same time. He promess will give me the money back when the insuranse pay him for the treatment. I was not sure at the beginning, I was too money, but the secretary told me that many people did that before and told me no to be worry about my money. The Dr. made only 4 implants, no 5 as he said, but never told me about that, and I never was allowed to see the x rays they did every time I went to follow-up.
The secretary told me that insurance will pay for the implants within a year, but the Dr did the claim after 4 months and the insurance paid, and never let me know. I realize because I received the insurance report with the claims they had paid in the last months. When I complained with the dr, he sent me to talk with the secretary, because he said didn't know anything about that. The secretary said that she needed to call the insurance to confirm that they had paid already. After a week with no information, I went to the Dr office and ask the secretary was going on? She told me that the Dr needed to talk to me; and I said I needed my money back because it was the deal, if not, I will complain with the insurance. After a month the Dr. called me but was only to warn and intimidate me. He told me that if I complain to the insuranse, he will close my case and will not had my teeth. I fight 3 months to get part of my money back, because the Dr refused to reimburse my money, he always gave an excuse or said that needed more implants. At that time, I still had not finished with my treatment.
After many begs, he gave me a check but took 18% for the card transaction, he said, but this charge was a fraud because I paid with a debit card. I investigate with square and with the bank and they said he stole my money. Thanks God I finish with him because I was under stress.
My new dentist made me an evaluation of my mouth and recomended me go to back to see the doctor because the implants need to be rectified, but I prefer to pay instead going back with this doctor. He needs more training and all the staff too.

Both my boys had their cleanings and multiple fillings done. The dentist was fast and efficient and super affordable. The front desk receptionist, Claudia was amazing and knowledgeable. Very happy with this dental office. We will be back for years to come. Thank you!!!!!
