I scheduled an appointment with Kaitlyn for my 91 year old mother-in-law. We had seen 3 dentists in 2024 and were not happy with any of them. Kaitlyn was very accommodating and patient with my numerous phones call and when we reached the appointment day everything was perfect. The X-ray tech was kind and thoughtful and ensured my MIL’s comfort. The dental hygienist, Jennifer, was thorough and efficient. Dr. Maude was very kind and gentle and gave us a good report! Overall, the experience was A+ and we highly recommend the El Cajon office team!

Dr. Maude and his team are the best! Dr. Maude is an expert in his field. He’s patient, kind and always friendly with his clients and staff — you can tell his staff loves working for him. Kaitlin is a master scheduler and keeps the office running on all cylinders. She’s also an expert dealing with insurance companies and billing. Unlike other practices that I have visited, I have never had a billing issue in the 5+ years with Dr. Maude. Also, if you’re looking for the best hygienist in town, look no further than Bree, she’ll keep your pearly whites clean and sparkling!
