They want you to show up 20 minutes before your appointment to waste your time. Going on an hour waiting. People are legitimately being called before they even sit down and some while they are still checking in. If some of us are expected to show up 20 minutes before, just to be kept waiting, I think that should apply to everyone. Not just who staff feels like turning away for being 1 minute late to their 20 minute prior to the appointment expected arrival time.

Update, I left. I waited 50 minutes. They even told me I was next that they were just waiting for a room and still called in another 5 people that showed up way after me.

This clinic in Lamont Specifically is such a joke they make an appointment and then cancel it without letting you know about it till you arrive !! The excuse is always that the provider will be out for a month !! No matter if it’s dental app or Drs app !!! Very unprofessional ! When you ask why they didn’t let u know all they do is look at each other! I absolutely hate this place and would not recommend to anyone! Management needs to step up and do better!! At this point your staff are making you look alike a joke !

Saccurra Davis is a terrible provider. Zero compassion, concern or consideration regarding 2 new serious diagnoses. She also refused to refill a medication which keeps my BPPV at bay. I’m adding an additional star for the tremendous help that my PCP has provided. Davis however should be let go.

It was good until our schedule was canceled because they said the computers canceled it, they could at least be generous and fix the problem. This just show random things happen, and its better to stay strong and make up for it all...
