My wife went back to see it if there was something he could do for her pain before next appointment for crown. He rudely said, " You should see another to see if you need root canal because I don't have a crystal ball to what is wrong." Doesn't he have an X-ray machine and a dental degree? She informed him that she was going away the following week and that it will ruin her trip. He did nothing for her and gave her a referral. She feels so disrespected now and I guess she will need to visit another dentist now when we get back. Maybe we should visit Mexico I've heard they don't need a Crystal Ball.

Spectacular experience! My appt was at 2:30 pm they had my X-rays, cleaning, and talk with the dentist done by 3:13. No minute was wasted ! Lastly they provided east and fast financing options! Will recommend to family and friends !

given my dislike of Dentists... like many people I just cannot go to a five BUT... strongly considered it. It is early in the process and still more to go but the experience so far is nothing short of amazing. It has been a long time since my last dentist, like 8 years so clearly things have gotten better, not the costs but the service and reduction of "PAIN" is clear. Saidara is no frills, but professional, the appointments are not a lengthy wait, the work is very efficient, office is clean, staff is also professional, not overly jolly which while some of that can be nice too much is untrusting. Specialist was actually amazing (for me that means amazingly pain free) lots to finish yet. The costs of dentist prohibit a 5, and they could be a touch more friendly but like I said it is not bad. So a four it is. I will say the assistant, sorry not sure of titles these days, Dominique, and really not sure of the spelling, sorry about that, anyways she really was awesome, right amount of energy and friendliness, did a great job and helped my understand as things moved along and also compensated for my hearing challenge!! Thank you Dominique 🙂 (sp?)

Been a patient forever, probably a couple of decades now. They do quality professional work and are good at explaining my condition and what my choices are. The staff is friendly, competent, and helpful.

Update many years later. A couple of years after my review I needed a tooth pulled. They scheduled me with "their guy". I waited over an hour after my appointment. They still had no idea when I'd be seen. I walked out and never came back. Now have found a much better place.

I am so glad I found this place. I had a dental insurance that didn’t have many options. So I searched and searched. I found this office. I have since switched insurances, but they take that one too. The staff is great, personable, and thorough. They utilize technology with emails, texts, an app, and the good old phone. Great Place! Still happy after multiple years.

I don't have a ton of time, so I'm going to get straight to the point. This location doesn't appear to have their sh!t together at all. Aside from all of the reasons we're switching offices, we're now out of pocket for another set of X-Rays because the ones they took are garbage. It's no wonder they dragged their feet when it came to sending them to our new provider. Our new provider was embarrassed for this office. That's how bad they were. The whole operation could benefit from a basic class in social/ people skills. All around, after two visits, not a great experience. Try them if you like, but keep those expectations low.
