Dr Salaita & his entire staff are excellent! I had to have major oral surgery that was done over several visits. This kind of experience would cause some to be terrified of the dentist. But the treatment & care I received from everyone in Dr Salaita's office kept me on the positive side of having dental care done. Dr Salaita is very thorough in his explanation of what he will be doing, listened to my input & concerns, working WITH me to come up with the best plan of action for the work to be done. He had no problem questioning the referring dentist, when the instructions I was given vs what his office was given were completely different. Every day I had a procedure, Dr S. would call my husband after closing, to check on my condition (knowing I wouldn't be in the condition to have a conversation). If I could give this business 10 stars, they would deserve it!

The front office was very professional and the dental assistant was amazing. She helped me feel more calm before the procedure. I felt comfortable from consultation to Dr. Salaita doing my extractions. He has incredible bed side manner and as someone who is horrified by any kind of dental work, I felt at ease in his care. I already have my sister making an appointment here and would recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Reception: The current office staff is very cordial. They were efficient and warm and pleasant. All older reviews do not apply to my experience.

Exam & Procedure: It was the best dental experience I have ever had. First, I was able to get in right away for a broken and abscessed tooth. I always try to be brave but I have real dental anxiety from horrible past experiences. Dr. Salaita explains everything including everything that could possibly happen post procedure. He really take time to talk to you, go over your history and the history of your current problem. He examines you thoroughly and gives you all of his attention. Talk to him about any of worries or concerns. He will note all of it.

During the procedure, he makes sure you are comfortable and well numbed, but recognize that part of this is you communicating anything you feel to him. I didn’t need to. I have never had such a good experience. I literally felt my tensions melt away and his assistant was also comforting, helpful and thorough.

Billing: I also read the reviews on billing. I was informed that he was out of my network too, which frustrated me at first. However, we worked together with calling my insurance and getting everything figured out before I had to do anything. Turns out for what I needed, I was covered 100% out of network. With my experiences in the past, you may want to consider paying to have great care. My current dental seems to cover most out-of-network expenses well. I feel this office made sure we did our due diligence before I had my exam.

I went here, because my dentist, Dr. Brian Lee (whom I trust 100%) recommended him for my tooth extraction. I guess they got a new receptionist, because this one was outstanding (Darnell) - he gave me an excellent first impression. The girl helping, Amber, was really nice and comforting too. Dr. Salaita was great - he was calm and helped relax me and took time to explain things. I felt very comfortable with him and the extraction was a success. I had it done Thursday and today is Monday and I'm doing really well (partly because I took good care of myself - let me know if you want any tips), but I highly recommend him and am so glad I found him. I will let you know if anything changes, but I doubt it very much - oh, and they were up front with the billing. I think it was worth every penny - insurance paid part of it, but not all of it. I have a follow-up appointment in two weeks, so that, I guess is also included in the price. Makes me feel very confident. He even called to check on me the next day. :>)

Referred here by my dental office for oral surgery. Dr. Salaita was great. He explained everything before the procedure so, I knew exactly what to expect. I get anxiety going to the dentist and, Dr salaita and his staff helped ease some of that fear by being very nice, welcoming and professional. I didn’t even have much pain during or after the procedure, which hasn’t always been the case with previous dental visits. This is definitely where my family and I will be coming if we need to.

Unethical Billing Procedures!

Dr. Salaitas was very nice and professional. However, his billing practices by his office staff are not forthright. They will tell you they take your PPO insurance but fail to tell you they are "out of network" until you get a bill.
This is NOT an ethical business practice. It does not matter how good a Dr may be, this type of billing is shady and leaves the client feeling ripped off.
When I contacted the office to attempt to rectify the situation they told me that they will not adjust their charge to the PPO rate. Basically their lack of disclosure is my problem not theirs.

Would not recommend as I feel they are Not Trustworthy!

Dr Salaita took time to explain everything to me prior to and during the procedure. He was so patient, kind and gentle and it made me so much more comfortable. His staff is amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about all of them.

I took my daughter in for wisdom teeth extraction. Everyone was great....Dr Salaita explained what to expect. Post op he thoroughly explained post op care and personally called me that night to check on her.
