Showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork for my 4-yr old. Waited 30 minutes past our appointment time before walking up to reception to tell them we were leaving. The woman behind the desk proceeded to argue with me about how 30 minutes was really 10 minutes in their office?! Couldn’t get a word in edgewise. Finally shouted ‘Goodbye’ and left - not very polite of me I know, but she wouldn’t shut up. Also, for those of you wondering, Dr. Landa’s office is not located in a spinning vortex of stars and space dust, nor is it located in a rip in time and space - that woman was just crazy.

I saw Dr. Landa, DDS in Dec. 2022 for an urgent removal of an infected tooth. I was seen in a timely manner and my tooth removed quickly. Dr. Landa and staff are all kind and caring and reassuring in a difficult situation. The staff tries really hard to communicate your care instructions with you. I was even given written instructions on my care. I however had a problem with bleeding which was my fault as I had not bitten the gauze pad correctly but when I called for help at 16:30 hours the office was closed and no one returned my urgent call. I found the answer on the internet but a return phone call would have been nice by the on call person!

Dr. Landa is very patient in explaining the procedure and very efficient and clever in his technique. Thank you for great and friendly service.
