First time to the dentist in some time due to poor experiences over the years.

Had a wonderful experience communicating with staff over the phone both in making & confirming our families appointments.

Staff greeted us by name upon walking in for the first time today and had never met us which was refreshing and unexpected.

Dr Kim was excellent today! He was super communicative, professional, friendly and made us feel comfortable through every step of what can be scary for most.

Both myself and my 13 year old daughter got cavities filled and cleanings. The level of care was exceptional. It’s been years since I’ve been to an even decent dentist in the AV and I’m so glad his Google reviews were excellent and that we had such a wonderful experience.

My daughter has always had massive anxiety at the dentist and today with the support and encouragement from staff and DR Kim, she crushed it and handled it like a pro!

Thank you for changing the narrative today of what her usual dentist visits have looked like for most her life!

I love going to 10 West Dental! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, I've always felt comfortable while there. They are great with my children. Dr. Kim is very nice and helpful and always makes sure he explains things so we know what is going on. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve missed so many appointments. Multiple dental issues and they always come through and fix me up! So thankful for the whole staff! Masterful work! Dr Kim is the best

This has been by far the best experience I've had at a dentist appointment. I loved how Dr. Kim was explaining the procedures while working on my teeth. Dr. Kim's assistant, Anthony, made me feel relaxed and assured. Gave me great advice. My anxiety level was way down. All staff members were great. Thank you 😊
