Linda LISTEN! I have never been to a dentist office where I have been more impressed. I had been suffering with pain on my right jaw and couldn’t tell what tooth or if it was the up or bottom side of my mouth. I couldn’t eat or open my jaw wide. I looked for Dentists and found them. I have to travel and needed to see someone right away before traveling. I was able to book my appointment online with Dr. Ulloa for the very next day. They called me the next morning to ask what my issue was. After explaining, they asked if I could come in earlier so they would be able to assess the level of care I would need. When I arrived, the office was modern, clean, comfortable and had a non-aggressive feel. Going to a dentist is already stressful enough and so being in an office that felt light and airy was wonderful. By the time I sat down to fill out the tablet, they called my name to go to the back. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and made me feel relaxed. They use modern technology and honestly that was my first time using a machine like that for X-rays. It was so simple and easy. In NY, they still use the pieces they stick in your mouth and cut your gums (ugh). The assistant was patient and Dr. Ulloa was professional and sensitive to what I was facing. She told me what the issue was, set up my prescriptions and what else I needed to do. I walked out feeling satisfied. THANK YOU!

Visits to the dentist can be quite frightful, however these teams of experts did a tremendous job at making it very smooth. Best cleaning I have ever had. She was gentle, distract me while cleaning, and took brief breaks for me to breathe. Dr. Ulloa was very professional and explained everything in detailed. Definitely making them as my dentist and will refer others so they can have the same great experience.

Dr. Reema is amazing! They made me feel completely at ease during my procedure, explained everything clearly, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend this practice enough. They are professional and gentle and always go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

She uses scare tactics and lies to get you to pay more than what insurance covers. I was told I needed a deep cleaning (even though I had a cleaning 6 months prior with no issues). She said I have a whole in my tooth with a cavity and that I needed to bring in my night guard so she could check it as well. I asked her if the cavity was visible in the xray to which she replied no! Chachy also said I should have a check up exam every 4 months. She said this as if I had alot of bad issues with my teeth. I told her I would get a second opinion and left. Two months later I visited another dentist where I was told I have nice teeth and barely got a cleaning as they were in great shape with minimal plaque. Lo and behold no deep cleaning was necessary nor a cavity was found! I do NOT recommend East Lake Dental!

Dr. Reema is a very skilled dentist with a great chair side manner! She has been very helpful and flexible since my first visit. She genuinely cares about her patients! The rest of the staff is pretty great as well. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

I give 5 stars here as always on time( all of our visits in past 2 yrs), friendly, very clean and nice looking place and most of all the dental services from cleaning, to harder things like root canal and implant.The dentist and assistants make it as comfortable and easy as it can be and explain what they are doing as they go along. We lucked out finding this practice when we moved here.

We love coming here as a mother daughter duo to get our teeth cleanings! The staff makes you feel very at home. My daughter and love the atmosphere which includes TVs to help you relax during your appointment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

Absolutely love Dr. Reema and staff! Great atmosphere, clean and helpful! My second dentist after my father was my first and I couldn’t be happier! If you want a great dentist in the St. Cloud lake Nona area, you should give Eastlake dental a try! Almost forgot! And the dental hygienist is very attentive to detail and made sure I was comfortable at all times! 🦆 Thank you Eastlake!
