Very friendly staff. Jessica, Sally and Dr. Jergensen helped me as I have come back to fix my teeth again. They truly worked with me and provided the best options that fit my needs. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking to get pretty teeth with a confident and professional team.

I'm a bit late to writing this review, as I stopped treatment in 2022. I hate to leave a bad review for a small business but after a lot of thought I've decided to share my experience here. In April 2022 I came in for what was supposed to be my final x-ray. I was very happy with the way my teeth look (and I still am!) but when Doctor Jergensen took a look, he recommended more treatment. I politely told him that I was happy with my results and didn't feel like I needed any more treatment, and he got angry with me, saying "it won't kill you to get braces." He seemed to take it personal that I was happy with my results and didn't want to continue treatment. It got to the point that I started tearing up and after he walked away, the young girl taking my x-rays apologized on his behalf and asked if I was OK. No doctor should ever treat a patient this way. I see that two years later Jergensen still works here, so I hope no one else has had this experience.

Love this place. They treat you like family the moment you want in. Any questions and concerns will be answered appropriately. Everyone in the office always has a smile and a great attitude. On my visit today, Carlie was very thorough on what the next few appointments and treatment will be. Informing me that the next appointment will be longer then normal. I will be taking my other children here when their time for braces presents itself.

I absolutely Love Miles Of Smiles The environment is so positive their team feels as if they were a family. Every time I go in they are quick efficient and explain the process. Also Shelby is awesome! Very gentle while switching out my wires and rubber bands. 😊 Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Jergensen and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! I’m in the process of braces and every time I have a visit I leave super happy! You can just tell they truly care here.This whole experience has been nothing but wonderful and the people have made such an impact on my life! Every person I’ve encountered has treated me like family. Dr. Jergensen really cares about all his patients. He’s a busy guy and still makes sure everyone is getting the best treatment. Lori is the sweetest and most amazing women! She cares so much about what she does! I look forward to seeing her on my visits. Sally was so amazing on my very first visit, she made me feel super comfortable and stayed later just to work with me and make sure I was getting the best coverage I could. Katie and Nikki are both so sweet and helpful. I love this office and I’m very happy I’m getting my orthodontic treatment here. So happy I found Dr. Jergensen and his staff family!

I love going there! My daughter feels comfortable and safe and listened to. My son has fun in the waiting room with all the games and activities. And I really enjoy the massage chairs! I am disappointed when it is time to go. Their staff is professional and responsive and kind and friendly. They make going there fun! Carmina was super nice today -patient and explained everything really well!

My daughter’s experience with Miles of Smiles has been amazing. She recently just had her braces removed and received her retainers. The whole office is wonderful. They always take good care of her and explain everything so she knows how to continue to take good care of her teeth. I definitely recommend going to them.

Went in yesterday to get my son into braces. Dr.Jorgensen came in super positive and excited to help get my sons teeth straight. Sally went over all the information we needed to know for payment and procedures. With a smile on her face the whole time. Katie in the front was super helpful with payment and appointments. The whole staff was amazing super excited to start our teeth journey with them!
