This review closes a difficult & undeserved months-long chapter of my financial life that I hope to never experience again, and neither should you. I was charged for dental services well over 3 years after they were performed, which I was surprised to learn about via a letter in the mail from a collections agency. I was certain that I had paid all my bills long ago, and I’ve never so much as had a late payment on a credit card in my life. Very fortunately for me, I kept receipts & bank statements, and my insurance provider from years prior also backed me up. However, my excellent credit score was instantly ruined and it took many months to resolve between the insurance company, the bank, and credit bureaus. Coincidentally but not surprisingly, this experience also happened to my parents who I had initially recommended this dentist to but certainly now regret. My mom ended up paying a bill she likely didn’t actually owe rather than try to dispute in fear that she would go through what I did, and I feel awful about that. There are so many other local dentists that are honest and deserving of your patronage, please save yourself the pain and avoid this dentist at all costs.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. This place is under new management and they have become extremely inept. The assistants do not know what they are doing. The dentist was rude. I came in for a crown replacement and a cleaning. I was in the chair for over 4 hours. (Unacceptable). The temporary crown fell off 4 hours after I left. I was not able to get ahold of them to have it put back on. I had to go to a different dentist to get the temporary put back on. I will never return to this dentist EVER!!

I never post reviews, but I think it’s important for people to be aware that they will get surprise bills after years is service because their billing department doesn’t do their job. I addressed an issue with my insurance on a timeline manner because they didn’t submitted a claim, and even after I did all the work, they still didn’t submit it on time. Consequently, I was responsible for paying only because they waiting too long or they made not even attempted to bill the insurance at all (my insurance didn’t have records of claims). I would strongly recommended to go to another place where you won’t have this problem.

Please please please do not go to this office!!! U will end up paying for things u never authorized or got done. They are trying to say that it's under new ownership. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!! They are the same terrible terrible office.

The office manager, orthodontist, dental assistant and front office staff are all very thorough, organized, very helpful and polite. The consultation appt was well organized and with the use of the high tech scanning machines of the oral cavity which allowed a faster treatment plan as well as a better visual for patients to see the shape, angle, and bite position of each tooth. Excellent and well managed Orthodontic office!!

Their billing department is the WORST! They submit their insurance claims past their timelines, if they actually do. When you contact your insurance, the insurance has no records that they submitted any claims at all. They know the patient is responsible so you don’t become aware of the bill until after the fact (when you no longer can make the insurance responsible for it):

In February 2020, I began my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Patel. However, when COVID-19 hit, my progress was put on hold for a couple of months. Surprisingly, the clinic didn't reach out to schedule my next appointment after reopening; I had to take the initiative myself. Despite this, I understood the challenges they faced during that time.

After completing my two-year payment plan, the clinic unexpectedly started a new contract and charged me for additional services, even though my treatment was interrupted due to the pandemic. Though frustrated, I reluctantly agreed, hoping to continue without further disruptions.

When the time came to start the new phase of treatment, they informed me of a cavity needing a crown, providing a quote without considering insurance coverage. They also suggested wisdom teeth extraction, which I had to finance through Care Credit. After researching further, I decided to delay the wisdom teeth extraction to explore insurance coverage, proceeding only with the crown.

While Ana from the billing department initially seemed helpful, her attempt to withhold my retainer until questioned felt deceitful. Despite clarifying that I wasn't starting a new treatment, she tried to justify her actions. Furthermore, weeks later, she attempted to charge an unagreed-upon amount to my Care Credit account, offering no satisfactory resolution when confronted.

The overall experience left me incredibly frustrated with the clinic's poor customer service. I eagerly look forward to completing my treatment elsewhere, ensuring I won't have to deal with such issues again.

This was the first time for me at this particular dental practice. Everyone that I met when I arrived from my appointment was very kind and efficient. Karlie was the hygienist who completed the cleaning. This is the first time I remember in a very long time receiving a good cleaning on my teeth. Dr. Patel was very soft spoken and he explained the current condition of my teeth and recommended I take some steps to address this. I had a good initial experience with this group and I plan on returning. I would recommend this dental practice to my family and friends going forward.
