I recently visited Dental Spa of Artesia, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable.

Dr. Kang and the team were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every step of my treatment. They made me feel at ease, which is no small feat since I usually get anxious about dental visits. Been going here for cleanings for the last few years and have been super happy to find this place! All the hygienists have been thorough and take the time to answer questions or give explanations about their processes as they do their thing. Always a pleasant experience and positive interactions with the staff. And the dentist will come in and give opinions about processes that are recommended along with what can happen in various scenarios, so he leaves it up to the patient to pursue what they’d like after knowing the stakes. Interior is clean and the place is fairly recently renovated/new.

I went in a couple months back with my daughter, terrible experience. Insofar as some of the front desk staff were concerned anyway. I was yelled at by the woman in charge of billing for asking a simple question about the procedure my child had done, because I was of course, concerned. It was highly unprofessional not to mention unhinged. I expect to at least be treated with basic courtesy as a customer. Especially one who had just payed them a couple thousand dollars without posing any kind of issue on my part. I will never be returning to this dental clinic again, I will be taking my child elsewhere. I don’t recommend this clinic unless you are just itching to be snapped at by someone for the low, low price of several thousand dollars. I wish I could give this place zero stars, they really need to get themselves together with regards to some of their front office staff.

The staff is incredible! Friendly greetings as you come in the door Dr. Kang is the best super knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. He took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. The dental assistant was amazing And Dr. Kang is Absolutely a keeper

I have a wedding coming up in a few weeks and was so scared to keep losing and having teeth pulled, which I have an issue that’s causing this.

I was so excited that I was able to walk out with the partial the next day!!!
