This is a great urgent care. I have been here several times w my partner. I went in today (Saturday), but they don’t help people w no insurance. The staff was kind and gave me a list of places to go to that take folks w no insurance or cash only place. They have wheelchairs very easy and accessible. The security is nice and they offer masks when you enter which is a big plus. There was no wait time. I went up to the clerk and she spoke w me right away. There were only two clients waiting in the waiting room. I recommend this clinic if you have insurance. I went to the high desert medical and they were closed on Saturday. It says no emergency medical care. I’m headed to antelope valley hospital instead.

Normally, I'd have some pretty negative things to say about HDMG. In fact we're actually changing providers in January. In saying that, I have a huge praise for SUE in Patient Services. She is such a blessing, and very accommodating. I've spoken to her several times, and she's always so kind and gracious. She deserves a raise. Judi

I met my Dr. for the first time and it was great!!! Dr.Nafoosi was heartwarming and also Diana, Janet, Wendy Brown and Brett!! You all were courteous, thoughtful and kind. Thank you for the attention to me.
I also had blood work and samples to leave at the lab. Stephanie in the lab was a witch! She shocked me so when she hollered at me that I couldn’t think for a while. How rude!!! When I got to the lab I didn’t know where to go so I went in the lab for information and she wailed off! DON’T COME IN HERE, YOU CAN’T COME IN HERE, GO BACK OUT, GO OUT!! CLOSE THE DOOR!!! I was flabbergasted! Thank God for Jushona who drew my blood. She made the end of this situation alright. She was patient and gentle because I tend to be nervous with needles and I was already nervous from the previous experience with Stephanie. Jushona is a very pleasant young lady. And let me say this lastly. I am Black. I review people regardless of ethnicity. I’m saying this so no one thinks I was critical of a Black person. Stephanie was awful, simple as that.Thank you all and God bless you!

Bad experience with High desert medical. I know we all get busy and overwhelmed, but you do not call a patient into a room offer no water or anything and he or she sits in a room waiting over 1 1/2 hour before anyone even came in to check to see if you need anything. I sat on a gurney with no pillow or water or anything. I finally got tired of waiting and got up and walked out. If I die I rather die at home. This place is a poor excuse for a medical center. The staff if you don’t like your jobs Quit. I gave one star and it should have been negative star.

Renada Nash FNP is an AMAZING provider. I appreciate the way she listened and addressed every concern I had. She has amazing bedside manner and an outstanding personality. I left the urgent care very satisfied with the services. Not to mention, the triage nurse and other staff were also Top Notch! A+ for customer service. 😁

STOP SCAM/FRAUD
If you are 1 of the unfortunate people to be sent to nuerospine for pain management don't waste your time. They don't prescribe the meds that you need but they are absolutely going to bill for the visit. They took over the contract from Universal full well knowing that they wouldn't be able to fulfill the contract. They are getting paid for absolutely doing nothing. They knew what they were doing.

Love this Urgent Care they do wonderful work and the staff and the doctors are great. They always take care of me and my family the first time rarely have to go back a second time if it is they're nice nice enough to take care of us if we don't have a primary for follow-up visits

Convenient services, and hours. Some of the doctors are fantastic some of the other ones not so much. The time spent here is normally pretty quick. However, their billing department is horrible. They have threatened to send us to collections several times without even sending us a bill. We in fact have been sent to collections before without ever receiving a bill or a warning letter from the facility. I wish that there was another urgent care with similar hours and services within the AV that we were able to easily access so that we could avoid high desert all together.
