I never made an appointment or saw the dentist but I had a filling come out and I was trying to get in unfortunately they didn’t have anything for 3 weeks. I asked if the could keep me in mind if an cancellations came up and although I had gotten in some where else due to time urgency their office called me within 24 hours with an appointment available! I’m not even a patient and yet they provided quick and efficient service! Great office staff from my interactions

Dr. Wong and his staff are wonderful people and the office is so charming. I was just visiting the area and had a cosmetic problem crop up unexpectedly(veneer fell off) and lucky for me they had a cancellation and I got in same day. He was able to glue my veneer back on no problem and the fee was so reasonable. I am so lucky and grateful to have found this dental office and cannot recommend enough.

I had a cavity replaced and when I was given the shot to numb me, he missed the nerve. I get that it happens. He started to drill even though I told him I wasn't numb yet. When he got to a point where I could feel the pain, I got him to stop. He gave me something different in my next set of shots. I was numb and he finished the work. I appreciate the attention he paid to making sure my bite was as even as possible, but I did not appreciate half of my head being numb for the next 9 hours. I couldn't eat all day and I was worried to fall asleep numb because I could have cut up my mouth while sleeping. My nerve under the tooth was agitated for the next 3 weeks and I thought I needed to get a root canal after his work. I am looking for a new dentist.

I fell and shattered my two front teeth at 10:00 at night. Dr. Wong and his wife came all the way from Petaluma to treat me. What lovely people! I walked out with temporary caps and will be back for the permanent ones! I highly recommend this dentist!!

I hate going to the Dentist lol, but with Dr. Wong and his awesome staff, if you have any anxiety issues like myself those issues will quickly dissipate.. Beyond 5 stars... Thank you...
