I began going to their clinic on Gold St back in 2018 after the Carr Fire and was overwhelmed at the care my Dr gave me. She listened attentively and saved my life. When I asked for a refill on all my meds, She wouldn't until a full batch of blood test was done to see if I really needed all the meds. Once the results came back she pulled me off al but 2 of the meds. I am so grateful for that.

I've been going there for a while now and I used to have a doctor named Dr Holsher, absolutely loved her I thought she was great she retired and and Dr Emily Patterson took her place, I saw her one time and the two years that I've been going to her. Never available for a visit gave me to the PA's and got a lot of running around because never saw the same PA twice I've been trying to get a shoulder replacement for 8-year and because she couldn't call me on time I did miss one appointment she missed two and when you have an appointment you shouldn't call after hours and expect somebody just to pick up the phone so she dumped me as a patient. She is got a terrible bedside manner and her staff are very very rude so glad she dumped me because I don't want to go to her anymore she's not a real doctor she doesn't have the skills to coordinate her own patients visits or care about her patients. Never been so disappointed in a doctor in my life. I owe Emily Patterson a deep apology I never thought that maybe she didn't say she didn't want to be my doctor maybe it was just her receptionist I truly am sorry Emily Patterson because if you didn't say that that wasn't right of me to say anything I am sorry but your help is the worst disrespectful people I've ever talked to she had no right to treat me the way she did and I was getting upset because I needed that surgery very badly now I don't know if I'm going to get it unless you okay it and since if I call up there they're not going to let you talk to me what else can I do as soon as I receive a letter from you stating I am not your patient and why and with that letter if you're going to send it I would like my complete file. I'm f you send me a letter stating that you are going to accept my apology and okay my surgery we can get passed this. Once again I am deeply sorry for what I said about you.

Been going here for 6 years now. Everyone is so nice. Everything thing gets handled in a timely manner. Being someone who has multiple health issues and feels like a burden to staff I've never felt any bad vibes from anyone. Some facilities are not so kind that I've experienced in the past. So to the staff at Hill County THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️❤️❤️

Exceptional wraparound services. Been seeking an explanation of chronic symptoms for several years and shuffled around from doctor to doctor with no answers. That was until I met Allison Spencer FNP and the staff. Medical, Mental health, dental services and support team have done more for me in the last three months then the 10 doctors and specialists I’ve been sent to in the last five years. Support services are above and beyond! Thank you everyone at Hill country, very passionate and considerate-They take the extra time to listen and care about their patients

We have been blessed with awesome providers there. For all the people they help and how busy they are. We are treated so much better than we were at SCC another community clinic in the area. That place made us feel like just a number and counted cattle for their profit margins. Good place Hill Country is. Thank you

Excellent Staff who are here to help people and guide people to get the best results in their overall health care. They have many options for helping people with transportation, pharmacy issues, call reminder or text and email reminders. I love going here myself, no judgement from the doctor's and staff. It's always friendly yet professional. My kids love going to the dentist here, and have had no bad experiences! The dentist are gentle and comforting for kids and adults, the only Heath Care Office I would recommend!

Dr. Franchuk is Incredible!! I’ve seen her over 3 years with some serious health issues. She follows through, keeps up with and Advocates selflessly. She has helped me so much. I’m literally alive because of her. I moved away and I’ll miss her dearly. If you’re an honest person and need a doctor she’s the one for you!!

I have been going to Hill country for 20 years. Unfortunately over the last couple of years the reliability and bed side manner has been lost in these offices. Most recently I had scheduled four appointments for dental cleanings. The hygienist I was scheduled with canceled my first appointment only a couple of days before. I understood to a point because they went to cover for another hygienist at the redding clinic. Today I got another call that my second appointment in a week from now would have to be canceled or rescheduled again. I have a job where I have to request any days off at least 3 weeks prior (pretty standard).I have no idea how an office can be so unreliable and expect their patients to stay with them. I understand these are hard times but this is just ridiculous and I will not be going back to an office that can be so inconsiderate and unreliable.
