Everyone here is so kind and wonderful. I have a special needs son and they have been fantastic working with him, being patient, and especially sweet towards him. It makes a huge difference! I’ve also had extensive work done to remedy a lot of neglected dental history, and I can say that it has been my most pleasant dentist office to have work done. Gentle and as pain free as they can be.

The dentists are wonderful and great with little kids. The dental hygienists are also all attentive.

My two stars is from the billing and front desk. Every appointment they sent bills to both of my insurances (dental and medical) which caused much confusion on the billing side. This even caused me to be responsible for payments to Gentle Dentistry even though my insurance should have covered it. It even amounted to one time being over $300 which just turned into a credit. I would never see that money again.

We had been patients here for a couple of years and surprise my wife had a cleaning and was charged for it. I thought nothing of it at the time thinking the billing will catch up but then I received the EOB from the insurance that Oroville Gentle Dentistry is not in the network. I was a bit disappointed that they did not tell my wife before her appointment nor after that they were no longer within our insurances network. Then when I called to cancel all of our future appointments due to them being out of the network, I was just told "yeah sure". So after a couple of years of being patients it just ends like that. Just felt disappointed overall having to deal with the insurance billing mess and just ending it all with a "yeah, sure".

Hi there- I went for my check up at Oroville Gentle Dentistry. My hygienist did a perfect job cleaning my teeth. Then for my check up Dr Keith did my exam found a small filling that neede attention and instead of having me schedule an appt took care of it on the spot. Painless and had me on my way. I really appreciate Oroville Gentle Dentistry. Ted

Absolutely amazing I’ve been trying to find someone to extract my tooth because of how much pain i was in they got me in and got my tooth pulled same day. They were there for me. They didn’t care about what else is going on. They just cared about me and my pain. Absolutely amazing staff. I just found my new permanent dentist for my family.

I was looking for a local Dentist in Oroville and after talking to several people decided to try Oroville Gentle Dentistry.
I was able to get a new patient teeth cleaning and x-rays and exam all on the first day another Dentist I tried in town told me that was not possible so I had walked out, and so glad I did.
Oroville Gentle Dentistry Was transparent in all their work and charges there were no surprises. They were extremely affordable knowledgeable and have a wonderful staff that made me feel very welcomed. Sitting in the reception area I saw that other patients were directed very kindly through payment options, billing options, And Oroville Gentle Dentistry gives a 10% discount for cash payments. I will be bringing my son here and my mother this will be my Dentist going forward.

The dentists at Oroville gentle dental are amazing! They do great work and arentruly gentle!!! The staff are so professional, polite and helpful. I have been with gentle dental for about 15 years, my kids went here, I still go here, and now? My grand kids go here! Dr. Parrot has definatly watched myself grow as well as my family!!

I need to start with a full disclosure that I do NOT leave reviews. This is a first for me. My experience here was so overwhelmingly good that it would be immoral of me not to. As a business owner, I can’t help but swoon over amazing customer service, and when I placed that first call to Oroville Gentle Dentistry and was received by the extremely professional receptionist, all I could think was… “I would love to hire someone like that”. She was not only extremely professional and upbeat, but efficient as hell. They got me in same week, I waited a whole 3 minutes in their immaculate lobby, and they took care of a problem I have already seen multiple dentists to fix…right then and there! Not only did Dr Stutzenegger do a beautiful job on the tooth, but I didn’t feel one ounce of pain. Every.single.person I interacted with at this office was next-level professional status, and the facilities couldn’t get any cleaner. They must be doing something very right at the top top have such an effective trickle down effect on the staff. After that amazing appointment they sent me off with a legit new patient swag bag- as swag as dental stuff can get;).
