If I could rate a one star I would. I brought my six year old here and the start of the exam seemed okay. Except in the lobby. In the lobby I physically witnessed a staff member bribing a patient for a review and then watching her place it.

During the exam they did X-rays, found a few cavities, and my daughter was perfectly well behaved. They several times tried to get me to agree to nitrous for her because of “possible behavior”.

Then they did a “cleaning” which was just a tech using the pink grit polish for a total of maybe two minutes.

They a staff member came to talk to me, they told me that she needed $1300 worth of dental work outside of what our insurance covers, which is $2000.

So they wanted to max out our insurance plan, and then charge another $1300, I refuse and then he tried to pressure me into doing “just half” right then after me telling him I couldn’t afford that several times.

I firmly believe they are charging people for unneeded services and practicing up billing which is a form of insurance fraud. I will be demanding an itemized bill and disputing at least the “cleaning” as well as any other charges that didn’t happen.

I recently visited this dental clinic and had a concerning experience. Despite using my dental insurance, I was charged $2,000 for a routine cleaning, which seemed excessive.

During the appointment, they inquired about my Medicaid status. Afterwards, they recommended teeth whitening, quoting a down payment of $1,500 and a total cost of $3,000.

I advise others to carefully review their insurance coverage and consider alternative options before visiting this clinic. It's essential to be aware of potential costs to avoid unexpected expenses.

I was able to get in same day. With MEDICAID! I wanted to come in first before I brought my teens in. They were FANTASTIC!! I have a daughter with Autism and they made her so comfortable. I was able to sit in the room with her. They really were such a great team! I highly recommend them!

Service here is very good , they are good at making you feel comfortable. Brought in a family of 7 and we were all treated very well. I highly recommend!!!

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! MONEY HUNGRY PROVIDER! SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Only out for your INSURANCE MONEY !

I schedule an appointment for a cleaning ! Keep in mind a ROUTINE CLEANING! They called me 5 times and sent a message before my appointment! I get there and they wanted to do X-Rays no problem. They did a full CAT SCAN & BLOOD PRESSURE WEIRD! It took the young lady 35 mins to do the X-Rays. Very new and not confident in her work! Then the doctor told her she needed to redo them.

The provider came in and look at my teeth and said we normally do this before we start. She went on to tell me all these things that were incorrect from my recent provide. because I receive four cleanings a year. So then she had the financial guy come over and talk to me about money and she never returned! She said I needed a deep cleaning .. $1870 after insurance $400! That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever hear. She didn’t even come back to face me like a woman and tell me, I took off work spent 2 hours there only for me to leave without having my teeth clean! SHE IS A HORRIBLE DENTAL PROVIDER! SHE IS ONLY OUT FOR MONEY ! DO NOT GO !

I have been going to glacier dental thinking I could trust them, but they have made my teeth worse than they were before. I have been having bad tooth aches, so I went to them for it to be fixed but they just fixed my other teeth(not the ones that were hurting) and told me to come back 2-3 days later if it doesn’t get better. It got worse, not better. So I went to Mint dental to find out that my tooth is infected. Glacier dental didn’t tell me that nor did they try to fix it. I do not recommend going to them for dental work.

I used to hate going to the dentist due to bad experiences, but the staff here is nothing but amazing! They definitely change my perspective on the dental industry. Highly recommend anyone to visit this practice for your dental needs. From the receptionists, to the assistants, and drs in the back, everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. Most helpful people I met to help keep my smile pretty 🙂
