Came in for a cleaning and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism by the front staff. Once I got back there I got to meet the Doctor who was just as great. I came here once before a while ago and it seems like there is nearly all new staff. The manager Dee was very friendly and stood next to me while I filed for financial support to start further treatment. She made it extremely easy and was extremely patient with me since I am not the best with technology. Highly recommend

My first time at Mae Ann office I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the office reception ladies. They assisted me with the paperwork and couldn’t of been nicer. I would say the same for Dr. Swift and her assistances.All in all at a perfect experience with a new dental office.

I’m giving it 4 stars for now, as the verdict is still out on my whole process. So far everything has been good. Although seemed to have hit a snag on getting my impressions done. I was hoping to have them pretty much set up and onto the next step but we had just a little setback and so have to do the process over. No worries. I’d rather be thorough and correct Make sure that everything is good to go before moving forward. I will update this review as my procedure is finished.
OK, here’s an update. I believe my last post was done back in maybe August or September but we’re here now in February 2025 that was last year 2024 where I had my teeth removed and we’ve been going through the The whole process with a few months setback, and their defense, the holidays came upon us. They had to make a change with their dentist and staff had an interim dentist for a little while, but things were kind of hectic, especially for those guys, but they did great. Kept a great attitude. I gotta commend them all everybody there has been great. I’ll have a new update as soon as we get things going again and get things done, but we’re on track to maybe have them done in March and I will have my final update on everything and let you guys know right now started at four. It’s up to five as we speak. Great job guys with everything keep up the good work we’ll see you soon and we’ll update the rest of you when we’re done.

While they were very busy and I had to wait a bit to see the hygienist, once I got in, he was great. I was just getting a cleaning. No assistant to run the rinse tube, but he was a pro. I usually feel like I have to swallow a lot, but he kept my mouth clear while he worked. Very thorough job too.
