TL;DR: Dr. Chelsea is an exceptional dentist and comes highly recommended by me, a person who travels from out of state to see her. I'm a person who suffered dental trauma and wouldn't go near the chair unless I was drugged and I would STILL cry and shake. Dr. Chelsea and her team made it more enjoyable to be at the dentist than I ever thought possible.

I've had some unfortunate dental trauma in my history and it has made me an extremely anxious and avoidant dental patient. If I did go, I had to be drugged up or put on laughing gas and would still get bad shakes and uncontrollable tears. After about 4 years or so of making every excuse possible not to go, I finally listened to my incredibly wise mother and took her recommendation of going to see Dr. Chelsea seriously. I've never been to a more welcoming, gentle, and compassionate dentist! She listened and acted upon everything I said, everything my worried mother said, and even read body language when (as most dentist visits go) talking wasn't an option. I was there two days in a row to get exam/x-rays and then some follow up work done, and left feeling actually inspired to return. Dr. Chelsea explained everything she was doing as we went through the appointment and checked-in constantly to make sure I was doing alright. After my visits, Dr. Chelsea herself reached out to check on me and make sure I still hanging in there. I felt like she added an incredibly genuine layer of care and friendship to her practice and I'm so grateful to have been shown the compassionate side of the dental realm. Very caring and compassionate practice. Dr Dean is the best dentist. I lived in Reno for 3 years and the office provided me and my family with the best dental care.
