This dental place has been beyond disappointing. Update : I came in November to see about a filling that popped out and they took xray and pictures sent me back to the lobby. I waited 1 1/2 hours before leaving. I went to Suave dental who took the proper care and found out I needed a root canal and a filling. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Appointments are always 30 minutes to an hour wait and not given the proper care.

I went in to get a piece of meat cleaned out of my gum, I was prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen... The piece of meat was not taking out of my gums, I went back the next day to have them clean it out but they refused to.. I am not ever going back to that stupid place with those lazy people

I did not have a good experience with my doctor Hailu Mehanzel. He canceled my appointment three times in a row and made me wait for an appointment for almost a year. He pulled my wisdom tooth very badly and full of pain. And to fill my tooth, he applied too much anesthesia, which made my jaw lock several times and it was hard to close. I do not recommend this “dentist” and also “CMC” Dental to anyone. Luckily I transferred to another dental center yesterday.

I am with CMC Dental in Tracy, ca for two years and had best experience with Dr. Han, her professionalism and kindness make each of my visits a very enjoyable experience. I also under care by Dr. V and Dr. M with recent two visited. They all and their staff are very professional, friendly , caring and got good hands (extremely careful not let you pain) . They answered all my questions and explained, i am very satisfied.
Front desk did awesome job and all are friendly. . Everyone that works there was very helpful and attentive to my needs and timeliness. Their office is always clean, easy to schedule.I would DEFINITELY recommend

To schedule an appointment for new patient you have to call in the morning and they will schedule if anything available within next three days ..if not call again and again…… trying your luck .. if you get anything

I and my kids had severals appointments in CMC Dental with Dr MOHED ANSARI DDA in Tracy, CA for more than a year and we had the best experience with Dr. Ansari ,his professionalism and kindness make each of over visits a very enjoyable and good experience. We had many visit in a week but Dr, Ansari is very nice and keen all the time. The CMC dental staff are very professional, friendly , caring and got good hands (extremely careful not let you pain) . They answered all my questions and explained, i am very satisfied.
Front desk did awesome job and all are friendly. . Everyone that works there was very helpful and attentive to my needs and timeliness. Their office is always clean, easy to schedule.I would DEFINITELY recommend for other friends and family, and special thanks from Cristina she always help us a lot and answered all my questions.

Customer service is not good. They are not answering calls all the time and never return calls. They are not professional like CMC Manteca.
