First experience was not the best,it said they open 9am,doors didn't open until 9:30am,not a big deal if there was a note or anything, waiting with little kids by the door is not the best. Front desk lady was very kind and friendly, she was so nice to kids,by far she was the only one.the girl that took us back was not friendly and got a vibe from her like she doesn't want to be there,personally I wouldn't care,but when you bring in little kids to place they are scared to go,that just makes it even worse. The doctor did quick exam,just felt like i was rushed.its kids dentist place and honestly it was not the vibe I was looking for.the girl that was taking xray wouldn't even take her time to help my 5 year old to fell comfortable to take x-rays, just made it worse.not sure if I'll take them back. I did like the open space for kids to have exam,wouldn't feel comfortable if I was the patient.

I’ve been bringing my kids here for close to nine years now, and we absolutely love it! Dr. Chahal is so good at what she does, and she is fantastic with her patients and families. She is also a Mother with a special needs child, and understands first hand the desperate situation so many of us face regarding the lack of access to quality dental care. The entire team works together to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every child. You can literally feel the way they genuinely care about each and every little smile. They are conveniently located, plenty of parking, wheelchair and stroller friendly, spacious rooms and hallways, multiple family sized restrooms, fun activities in the waiting room, movies for every patient during treatment , they can provide sunglasses, headphones, quiet spaces, and on and on and on, anything you can think of pretty much, they have it dialed in. Requesting an appointment is easy and convenient. Need to come in right away? No need to worry, they even take care of emergencies. We have had multiple incidents over the years that required same day appointments and have always been able to come right in. Keeping track of your appointments is easy via phone calls, email or text reminders. They even send you a link so you can fill out all of your paperwork ahead of time at your own convenience. Most insurance plans are accepted. Any necessary treatments or out of pocket costs are explained in detail during exams and there are never any surprises. If you are looking for a place for your kiddo, or know of a friend or family member searching for a place that can treat their special needs child with the compassion and respect they equally deserve, please give them a call. My 4 year old and I had such a great experience with this dentist office. It is so hard to find people who are gentle with kids but every single person we encountered from the receptionist, to the tech, to the dentist were extremely kind and made my son feel so welcome. They are always time efficient and so friendly. My 4 year old feels very comfortable in their chair. He likes the coloring options in the waiting room, puting him at ease. They always make him feel special when he gets a "no cavity report" ... He always aims to be in the no cavity club at home when he brushes his teeth.

My kids love coming to the dentist. The doctor and staff are amazing. As a person who was born and raised in Oakdale I can definitely say this dental office makes us feel right at home.

I have been brining my kids here for a few years, no problems. I then had to take my 9 yo to have a tooth removed. My daughter has never had any dental work done; just checkups. This dentist yelled, and I mean YELLED at my daughter because of how much anxiety she had and was not able to sit still.
We will not be coming back. The dentist is very insensitive to young children who have never had dental procedures. She has no patients. What a shame.
The rest of the staff is AMAZINg but the DR has to go.

I loved this place so much, the staff are really nice and they treat you with respect. I took my daugther for her first time and they treat us good. They have coloring pages for kids and coloring pencils to keep kids entertain. The doctor was very sweet. She was kind to us. Best dental place for kids in oakdale. I really recommend it.
