Really kind and understanding staff. My daughter was very scared and the staff did a good job of comforting her and they were Very helpful with answering any questions we had. Also Office is in a good location.

took my sister in for 4 wisdom teeth removal. from communication stand point, they sent in multiple text messages for different times to be scheduled. after the surgery, they did not answer phone calls nor return them. the prescribed medication was not sent in to the requested pharmacy and the office did not answer to help. left multiple voicemails and called multiple times. there is a few people in the office, so not sure why they did not answer. the phone number they gave to follow up also did not work and seemed like it was forwarded to a price service agency. i would not recommend a place where the people cannot be reached. if clear communication cannot be established, that is a huge red flag for me. 0 stars for this business. this office seems as its only there over night since they do not care about patient follow up.

I called several times throughout the day over two days (10+ calls) and couldn't get through. I left a detailed message as directed and was never called back. Finally got through on the 3rd day calling right they opened. Per their policy they only “pull 3+ wisdom teeth”, so if thats what you want save time and call elsewhere. Please add your policies to your website. It saves time for everyone.

I’ve been trying to call them for like the past week about 6-7 times and no answer. I’ve left voicemails and emails they are not getting back to me at all. I think they need to get better at answering their customers.

My consultation was not done by the actual surgeon but by one of his assistants. Despite the numerous amount of calls I made to this place, I never got a response back even after leaving many voicemails. After finally getting ahold of them, I schedule my surgery. Day of my surgery, Dr. Nguyen had asked one of his assistants what dose of ketamine he should give me (not very soothing to hear right before you're supposed to go under for surgery). He could not find my vein in my right arm and decided to shove the needle anyway and it hurt very badly. After a failed attempt, he went to my other arm. I'm not sure why a surgeon doesn't know the basics of phlebotomy but I guess that's what you get for having a cheap medical insurance. After my surgery I was dizzy and confused at first. They wasted no time and picked me off the chair to put me into the wheelchair and escort me out. I didn't catch her name but I was escorted by a very rude assistant with brown hair and highlights who didn't listen to me at all. On the brightside, my recovery was fine and Sofia was a sweetheart who made me feel comfortable. Overall my experience was not great at this place since day one. I do not recommend this place because they don't answer your phone calls or reply to your voicemails and you don't know who's doing your surgery until the day of because your consultation isn't done by the surgeon himself.

Everything is super neat and all of the staff is super nice. They made me feel very comfortable during my procedure and before as well. Very good place and would highly recommend.

I was nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed and when my appointment came around the nurses made sure that I was okay and comfortable and everything. Also the environment was super clean and they had everything ready to go for the appointment as well. The staff was also friendly they called a couple hour after surgery to make I was okay. The experience was great only took a half hour to get it done and the recovery was fast! A week later I feel normal
