Went here to get a braces consultation and got braces the same day! The employees are super kind and the waiting times were extremely short. Longest I had to wait was maybe ten minutes! I'm excited to continue my journey with braces at this orthodontist.

I went here as a teenager. Wait times were ridiculously long. Least amount of time you’re waiting is 1 hr to 1hr 30min. The assistant I got was horrible that removed my braces. Super rough and caused craze lines on all of my teeth. The little time I did get with the actual orthodontist was always rushed as well. I’m 30 now and I have sensitivity where the hairline cracks are located on all of my teeth.

Dr Cao was my orthodontist when I was younger and he is now my daughters orthodontist! My daughter was a phase 1 for braces and they have been nothing but understanding and patient. Pauline (I believe that’s her name) is the nicest woman in that office, she is so friendly and so personable!! The Dental assistant was also very patient with my daughter. They don’t sugar coat things either and will tell you like it is. We really like this place and definitely recommend them.

Horrible Orthodontist!!! I went to see Dr. Cao back in 2017 because of an overbite and some misaligned teeth. Now my teeth are worse then before. 6 years later and I’m still going to Dr. Cao because he’s still trying to figured out how to fix my teeth.
My teeth on the left of my mouth are now higher then my teeth on the right side of my mouth. I’m grinding my teeth now.
I have gone through so many set of retainers because they don’t seem to fit properly and he doesn’t know why or how to fix them. My molders in the back look like they are sinking into my gums.
So please Don’t waste your money going to see him. Not worth it!!
