Greatest service ever... I really wasn't expecting much from this place, however I had the greatest experience I've ever had at the dentist... I was very surprised! They requested a deep clean to my insurance, the request was approved in 2 weeks! My previous dentist knew I needed a deep clean they had sent a request as well but they said that the insurance usually takes a while to respond, they said it could take months, so my next appointment was in about a year! supposedly hoping that the insurance would respond in about 6 or 8 months. I didn't wanna wait that long so I decided to visit this place and I got my deep clean in 3 weeks after my first visit and by the way with "zero pain"
GREAT STAFF!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My appointment was set for 8am I didn’t get passed in until 9am but I was seeing other patients getting called in before me, then the doctor didn’t even show up to see me until 30 minutes after, he seemed more interested in watching the tv than what I was telling him, when I was telling him about the treatments I have gotten before and the ones I want now a worker with ginger hair came to the room and talked over me to talk to the doctor about another patient, as I was leaving I saw that same worker taking selfies but quickly put her phone down when she saw me and giggled 😂😂, the front desk was extremely rude to me I tried to cancel the appointment since they were taking so long but the older lady told me it would be a $40 charge!? They had no toilet paper in the bathroom nor hand towels to dry my hands with the bathroom was so dirty it was disgusting, this place doesn’t seem to care about their patients they just want our money.

If I could give this place NO STARS I definitely would! By far the worse place I’ve ever been too. I gave them chance after chance and they failed everytime. My grandmother has been without teeth and trying to get her dentures fixed to fit her mouth for the pass 4 months, now going on 5. She’s lost major weight due to not being able to eat. The dentist that’s supposed to be the “FACE OF THE COMPANY” is very rude and has no respect. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still even running with a man like that. He’s the main dentist, the one that’s supposed to be the one to want to help us and fix my grandmothers denture issues and he was honestly a nightmare. Made comments about how maybe we should make our own dentures since they weren’t doing a good job. Tried to force the dentures that don’t fit my grandmothers mouth and cut her gums bad to where she bled. Then when he got confronted for being rude and hurting my grandmother he just kicked us out and said he was no longer going to help us. Not to mention our appt was at 9am, and they didn’t see us till a whole hr and 40 min later. I will never recommend nor return to this place, and I will also be filing the biggest complaint to the board of dentistry because this place is not right.

Worst place to come to. My mom had an appointment at 8am and it’s now 11:03am and she’s still in there. I see people come and go but my mom yet to b out. Idk why they set appointment if they don’t see you at your given time. It’s ridiculous! 3 hours!
