Had been coming to them for over 3 years in the beginning they were really good. Recently not so much. Long wait times and even waiting for them to start work took long. The last time I went in for a cavity filling and it took 30+ minutes I was waiting for the dentist. Each time even for just cleanings all the appointments are too long over 1-1 1/2 hours. Ridiculous! Had to switch providers due to this.

Today I experienced such unprofessionalism. I’ve been a patient here for at least the last 20 years, but today was my last visit. I had an appointment at 12pm as I had been having jaw pain, when I called to make the appointment I specifically asked if this was something they could check out here or if I should go to my primary. They said doctor could definitely check it out. Today I signed in for my appointment, I was the only one waiting, I went to have a seat as I was told, and I over hear the receptionist along with another female who I could not see, asking what I was there for, the receptionist responded that I was there for jaw pain, and the other female responds in Spanish, “and what does she want us to do about it, I’ll give her a hard blow (fregadazo). Pretty much she’s going to punch me in the face. That’s what it translates to in English. I couldn’t believe what I was overhearing, they then started whispering and the female talking in Spanish continued to ask about if I had X-rays done. I’m still sitting down trying to figure out what just happened, the receptionist calls me up and starts asking me how my jaw hurts, at this point I’m so upset, I let her know I overheard the conversation they had about me, she stupidly responds oh about your xray, I said no, about my jaw, i heard what you guys were talking about, she then responds “oh no we were talking about something else” i said no, i heard you say my name. I heard the whole thing, and I’m leaving. I walked out of there in disbelief. Unprofessional on both of their parts. I missed a day of work and was disrespected. Never coming back, and I recommend you all take your business elsewhere.

Update 1/30: I have been going to them for a year now, and they are still offer phenomenal service. Everyone there is so nice. Plus, they are always able to work with my schedule so that is one of the best parts! Don't hesitate to come here!

My mom got a tooth replaced here. After some time the tooth started to wobble. My mom went back to the office and the response was, " as long as it is attached we can't do anything about it". Within a few weeks the tooth eventually fell off. 2nd visit to office, the response was, "we have to charge you $8,000.00 to replace the tooth. Obviously my mom didn't do that. My mom found a different Dentist and they said that the way the tooth was installed was very bad. The wrong screw sizes were placed. Too small, which is why the tooth fell. If you want cheap work done at a really high price then go here otherwise I recommend to find a different Dentist that knows how to do their job. This place sucks.

This was the first time I had an appointment with sequoia dental office and I was very happy with my experience. Wait times were minimal. The office was welcoming and clean. All staff was very kind and helpful, they all explained procedures thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I had X-rays done and a cleaning, X-rays were quickly done and the cleaning was very manageable with little pain and discomfort. I’m very happy I found this dental office.

Just has my biannual teeth cleaning appt and per usual, services were outstanding!
My hygienist, Nicole, was efficient and personable!

Extremely professional and engaging! Dr. was very thorough and informative during routine exam!
