I had an appointment with Adventist Dental and I'm usually stressed out anytime I get my teeth worked on and Van Leir is very good at settling nerves. I was so nervous one time that my hands were shaking...Van Leir asked me if she could do anything for me...I said, I don't know, maybe sing to me? And she actually did...and it worked! After that visit I wasn't as nervous on all of my follow-up appointments. She is excellent as what she does. And, I don't want to close without mentioning everyone else in their office; all the other employees are so sweet and knowledgeable in what they do. From the receptionists to the dental assistants...they are an asset to our community. I appreciate them all for being there to help when we need it the most. Thank you so much...

Love VanLier 5 stars. 4 stars for the kind/ intelligent staff. 3 stars for the facility state (the 3 stars for for how well all of the staff keep it clean, but the building is aged and was a temporary building to begin with).

Every time when I’m here for an appointment the wait is always long. I’ve thought coming ten minute early would be a good idea so I could get checked in faster but that was wrong I still waited in the waiting room for 45 minute and when They actually get me a room I still waited another 40-50 minute!! I’ve never been to a clinic office that makes people wait this long. I believe a clinic should make a patient wait for no longer than 15 minute in the room. This is really bad service. All employees and doctor are nice and friendly but they make you wait too long. I’m not from handford So I have to travel back home. Everyone has things to do. It would be nice if they would change things up a little bit so there won’t be such bad reviews about this medical office.

I have been there twice. Never wait more than 10 minutes. Dr. Stevens was very nice. Explains everything. Receptionists were nice as were the dental assistants in the back. If you give them a smile and talk pleasantly to them they return the favor. These days all doctors are booked solid. Go in with a good attitude and expect to wait some. I'm pleased with my experience!!!
