horrible place to come get any root canals very defective dental care caused painful day to day since I had my work done there. I have also experience a decrease quality of life for example, I can no longer eat solid food or tolerate cold/hot foods. I went in after to complain and they did nothing in respect was informed there's nothing else they can do! do not go here

Not worthy of one one star. I went during my childhood and never had an issue. I recommended the place to my mom and they told her she had 20 cavities. She had 6 filled in during one visit and developed severe long-lasting nerve pain in her left molars. She decided to visit Family Healthcare Network and they told her she only had 1 cavity! Additionally, the fillings on her molar were hitting a nerve and she’s considering removing the whole molar.

It’s painful to see my mom in pain. We caution people from going to this place.

Actually insane how unprofessional the male dentist is. My chair was suddenly being leaned back and I didn't get any sort of introduction. I wasn't even sure if this was a dental assistant until he started grabbing tools. The one cavity I got filled here has now developed sharp pain that shoots through the tooth and is completely unbearable. I NEVER had tooth pain before and now I can't even eat or drink anything remotely cold or sweet! I knew something was wrong so I got a second opinion after having being told I had an absurd amount of "cavies." I had no where NEAR what this place said I had. I never look up reviews or write them but this is a sad learning lesson that will likely change my entire life. Tooth pain is no joke, this place needs to be shut down.

Horrible horrible horrible!! Do not go here, they just canceled my appointment 10 min before it was scheduled for, the lady taking the X-rays claimed my kids didn’t have any fillings even though I sat there and watched them at smile dental a week ago and she was diagnosing my kids and I as if she were the dentist!! The place is filthy and I guess the reception having a big fat hickie on her neck should have given me an idea I should have turned around and left as soon as I saw her. Against my best judgement I set up an appointment because my daughter is in so much pain and I drove by and saw this place but now I am regretting it. I do not recommend this place! Stay away! I will be filling a formal complaint with medical as well as far as some Shay things I saw while there, a broken part of a needle on the floor being one of them. Y’all trust your gut don’t ignore it it’s the well being of your family .

Horrible experience today with person who did the work on me she was extremely rude, she pulled my head so hard to come towards her wile doing the work instead of telling me slide your head over she told me look over here, and when I didn’t slide my head she got irritated and pulls my head hard I felt her squeeze my cheek I couldn’t say nothing I had stuff in my mouth,(look over here and slide your head not the same)then she starts the work I had a deep bad cavity the anestesia didn’t work all the way I was in so much pain I let her know and she kept on drilling I was crying the girl helping her told me I am sorry she’s rude like that she was even giving the girl a bad attitude horrible person I couldn’t believe.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! It took 12 days to get a consultation for a root canal. Front office smells like old mop and fabulouso cleaner. There’s broken and missing tiles on floor and they use old machines. The male dentist never spoke to me and was looking at every other tooth rather than the one I was there for. He then left and the dental assistant was the one telling me what was going on with my teeth. She lied and said I had a bunch of cavities!! This is a scam they are going to work on your teeth that don’t need work on to scam your dental insurance. Contacted another dentist getting root canal next week and I do not have a bunch of cavities like she said just need a teeth cleaning. Should have read the reviews first!! Plus they make you sign a document that you can’t sue them what!! Big red flag!!!!

I rather go to a different city only reason I took a chance is because I couldn't find a dentist who accepts medical and works on root canals in tulare but my 2 kids did not like it I can't be in the back with them and my kids said they are just not professional . I should have listen to them I took them again and the blonde old lady was super rude lecturing me about my sibiling who I took to get work done on his tooth made me super uncomfortable.they don't tell me what they are going to do or anything they just send them back out and schedule new appointment. Front desk was nice but I don't think anyone deserves to be spoken too the way she did.i was called to the back so she can talk to me and it was really dirty back there . Either way I was referred to a dentist in fresno because my brother needed to see a specialist for his root canal because they wernt able to do it. So I will avoid this dentist at all cost . I don't know how they are still open

Update. dude reviews are not lying when they said they do work on ur teeth that isnt needed .I took my little brother to kids 2 dentist and they said he didn't have any cavities in need of fillings other than the 2 root canals he needs a specialist for those. Americare scheduled him for fillings! Glad I took him to a different dentist!

I was told I needed 2 root canal a new cap and a deep cleaning had a feeling put in. Not sure I really needed it now. For weeks my tooth hurt after keep in mind I never had pain when I came to the dentist was only given ibuprofen to control the extreme pain finally went to the ER. And ER doctor told my husband to get a lawyer what was done to me was wrong. The pain is gone seen a new dentist all I need is a new cap one feeling and a regular cleaning a lot less work and a lot less money And zero pain. My husband has filed a malpractice suit
