Well, it’s been two months since I received notice that you would like to have me give you a Google review.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m sorry it took so long but I’ve been in bed recovering from a terrible concussion where I fainted while working and woke up on the floor with my front teeth, all broke up.

I don’t know what was worse, the concussion or the fact that I had ruined my perfect smile that Dr. Avarkian gave me.

I was in such distress.

I called crying to the office, because I didn’t know what to do. They stayed open after hours just to take care of me that night.

I wasn’t sure if I would ever have my beautiful smile back, but instantly, like Magic, the whole team stayed with me Until my smile was perfect again !

I can’t thank you enough for treating me like family!

Yesterday, I went to you, as I do every year for The typical cleaning and x-rays, and I was treated with the top most enjoyable group of people surrounding me and polishing up my smile!

One day when you retire, I would like to have the award that you got for the year 2024 that says you were the best Business in Fresno because, without your help This November 2024, I would’ve been a complete disaster.

If, in fact, you ever give me that Award, I will cherish it for the rest of my life and polish it every month and dust it, thinking of the amazing dental group That has given me the ability to show the world my best self!

I typically never leave real reviews unless a place is either terrible in every which way, or they’re amazing.. and Dr Avakian’s office is AWESOME.
I’ve been through multiple other dentists office here in Fresno and they have all been pretty terrible for a laundry list of valid reasons which gave me a pretty bad outlook and overall anxiety when it came to finding a proper dentists office, but Professional Dental is just that-professional. Not just that but seamless, so far. Professional, prompt, quick, painless, no troubles getting scheduled for multiple significant dental procedures within 1 week, and also scheduling apts for my family as well.
Whereas I have a million valid complaints about a lot of other dentists office’s, I have not a single one so far with this place. And my big struggle was finding an office that accepted medi-cal(Anthem), so that’s a huge plus.
Literally left with a smile. Awesome place.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this office left me in excruciating pain and I don’t feel right not sharing what happened when I came here because I trusted all the good reviews. I came in to this office to get a checkup because I wanted to get Invisalign and it was required by the orthodontist to get a checkup first. I was told I had several cavities so I scheduled appointments to get them worked on. My teeth have not been the same since. I can’t bite down correctly and the pain is excruciating when my teeth accidentally touch. I’ve been forced to eat nothing but soft food and now I’m starting to have jaw pain from the misalignment. I came into this office 3-4 times for them to fix their work and they just kept shaving down the fillings. They never even did an xray to see if they did something wrong. Shaving down the fillings made it worse and worse every time so I stopped going. I have been terrified to go to another dentist to get my teeth fixed. This experience has left me with bad dental anxiety and severe pain.
