I just had my baby and made my appointment with the pediatrician and it got confirmed twice. I drove over to the clinic and they had nothing scheduled for my baby. They let me know he couldn’t be seen that day either until the next day with another pediatrician. The people at the front were rude as if I had made it all up. Definitely not making any appointments with this facility for myself or my son.

Adventist Fowler, a very good, very large clinic, the receptionists are very friendly. And it has many Rheumatologist specialists. pediatricians, gynecologists. maternal fetal medicine, cardiologists, and many more specialists, in addition to having a dentist, if you are looking for a specialist this is the right clinic if you need to see a specific specialist call and ask. In addition to having a children's play area in the central part inside the clinic, there is also a children's play area outside.

It’s always a very good experience. All the staff are pleasant and polite. They answer all my questions or concerns. I’ve never had to wait long before being called back. Dr. Vishwanath - Allergist is wonderful!

My appointment was the Saturday after Thanksgiving at the Adventist in Fowler. After I registered I ask the receptionist if the provider was running on time. She said he was about an hour behind. I said “no problem” and I took a seat where I was instructed. A male Medical Assistant called me back, took my vitals, asks if I have my radiological CDs with me. I said no, I thought they would be sent over along with the referral. He excuses himself, goes and talks to the provider. When the MA returned I told him I could reschedule get the CDs and come back prepared. He said, the doctor stated he needs to order new X-rays so he would need to see me first and talk to me. So I returned to the waiting room to wait. About 45 minutes passed by and the same male Medical Assistant opens the door and calls another patient in. I approached him and asked him if I had enough time to run out to my car to get my drink. He said “yes, of course. Got right ahead”. While I was out at my car they called my name to go back into a room. I received a phone call from a lady inside the facility asking if I had left. I replied no, that I was walking back into the facility and explained to her that I had asked the male MA if I could go get my drink from my car and that he said I could. So the lady instructs me to have a seat and that they would be calling me right back. After I waited for 15 minutes I approached the reception desk concerned because they haven’t called me back yet. I explained to her what happened and She gets up and goes to the back office to see what’s going on. She returns and says “ have a seat, as soon as they get the exam room cleaned they’ll be calling you in”. So I take a seat and wait another 15 minutes, nobody has called my name to be put in a room. So I return to the reception area and when the receptionist sees me she says “they haven’t called you back yet?”. I reply and request for my appointment to be rescheduled at this time, I feel like they’ve skip over me because I wasn’t there when they first called my name. While the receptionist was in the process of rescheduling my appointment, my name finally gets called along with someone else’s. I approach the female MA and in front of this other patient she asks me my name and to give her my DOB(wrong). Proceeds to walk us both down the hall, points at a closed door, then points at me and says “your in this room” and proceeds to walk with the other patient into the next exam room. I open the door and the exam room is DIRTY!! I turn around, walk out of the exam room and I’m standing in the hallway. She comes out of the exam room I’m suppose to be in and repeats “your going to be in this room, while she’s crumbling the exam room paper in her hands” I’m pretty upset at this point. I ask the MA “ how many patients are ahead of me?”. She replies “3” confirming that FACT that they pushed patients AHEAD of me. So I told the MA that i wasn’t going to wait any longer. That I wanted to reschedule my appointment. She proceeds to puts her hand on her hip and says “ no matter when you come in your going to wait! But do what you want!” By this time I’m FURIOUS! I walk back out to the receptionist who had been very kind and helpful, explain to her what happened and she rescheduled my appointment.
Never have I EVER been treated like this at ANY facility that I’ve been to. I communicated with the male MA, and I was passed up due to the MAs lack of communication! I waited over an hour and a half before being placed into a DIRTY exam room and told there were 3 patients still ahead of me. The attitude of the female MA was completely unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. If I can suggest ANYTHING that would be to retrain your Medical Assistants. They lack skill when it comes to patient care and communication! I will not be seeing the provider until next week. Im hoping my experience will be completely different from my first one.

I called @ 5:50pm was told office was closed portal shows closing time 6pm. I needed to know my next Dr appt. Very disappointed in receptionist, Dr, & Dr assistant they all lie can’t be trusted. Mexican ppl are very rude & aggressive. Plus Dr’s, nurses, & receptionist don’t listen always messing up. When you answer the questions they ask twice. As if not listening or don’t believe you they’re weird. My Dr used to care & listen not anymore.

Absolutely love my doctors there.
The first time I meet Dr. Ncube she held my daughter when she got fussy so she can examine me. Listened to all my questions and I never felt rushed.

I went as a walk in and meet Dr. Sharma. Another amazing doctor, informative and they are so compassionate.

Dr. Arce is my kids doctor and he makes them feel so involved.

For me the few times I had to go in last minute I was seen within that day or the next.

So far this has been the best office I've been to and it's worth the drive from fresno
