I will say ask lots of questions on the phone but as someone who doesn't understand insurance and someone who gets extremely anxious when I don't understand something the staff here is so calming and walks you through the steps calmly and doesn't get offended at anxiety. They showed alot of care and respect for us and this first visit was hard but the staff was very helpful

"Great experience" and "dentist appointment" are not usually two phrases I pair together, but I am honestly INFATUATED with this entire business and everyone who works here.

I was impressed with the staff from the moment I called to schedule my first appointment. At this point, I have spoken with every single one of the ladies who work the front desk, and every one of them is cheerful, articulate, and knowledgeable.

I have now had x-rays done, a cleaning, even two wisdom teeth removals, and honestly -- each one was a great experience, and I never thought I'd say that about dentistry, haha. The hygienists are sweet and gentle, and the dentist himself has been extraordinary; kind, excellent about explaining things without being condescending, very open and patient with all of my questions, and very attentive to how I was feeling/doing during each procedure.

I have not personally encountered Dr. Mirelez (I believe it's Dr. Gates who's been helping me?) but I choose to believe he's great, considering how excellently his business is run, and how incredible his staff is.

Took a decade, but I finally found a dentist I LOVE! 😀

I had to come to Dr. Mirelez office for an emergency tooth extraction and let me say, each one of the staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was so scared and nervous going in. Each person that I came in contact with was so helpful and they made the process so easy. Nancy at the front desk is amazing! Dr. Molina was great as well! I didn’t even feel a thing! Everyone in this office makes you feel at home which really eases your nerves. I can’t thank them enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would recommend this dental office to ANYONE!

Phyllis greeted me ever so kindly early Saturday afternoon. This being my first venture to a medical office in this awkward time(COVID-19), I was 100% comfortable with effective social distancing methods in place. I soon met Tiffany who took extra special care of me, getting my stats and taking my x-rays and gently and efficiently. Dr Gates came to my chair side and gave complete options for my treatment, explained it all and then got to work. I must say that his chair-side/bedside manner is first rate..... and he has the kindest blue eyes.Treatment was made painless with sufficient amount of anesthesia and performed with ease. Following extraction, Tiffany again took extra special care of me and the whole time, of course I was unmasked, but never felt unprotected. Best dental experience to date. This was my first visit, but I’ve found my new dental office and would highly recommend them. By the way, I chose to get my appointment here due to the photo of the staff and Dr. Miralez’ extensive background. Teaching Physician’s (doctors who teach other doctors how to be good doctors) are the best. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff.

Such a great experience, from calling to schedule my appointment, to the actual visit. As someone who is uncomfortable at the dentist, I can say this place puts you at ease. The staff is SOOOO nice, the wait was short because they are really efficient. You can hear the receptionist updating the staff as soon as you come in so you know where you are in the process. Everything is communicated clearly and they aren’t pushy or salesy. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an experience worthy of a good review!

Staffs and doctors were very friendly and nice. The place is clean and airy, makes it feel like you’re not even in a dental office. Just a bit pricy, even with great insurance. Also didn’t like the fact that they’re a bit pushy to get everything done on their own term.

Dr. Mirelez is truly amazing and very knowledgeable. His staff is very professional and friendly. The office is very nice and high tech. The environment is calm and comfortable. I do not live in the area and unfortunately my dental insurance is not covered here, but because of how great Dr. Mirelez and his staff are, I travel to be seen at this facility and will continue to do so. I highly recommend!
