I absolutely love my dentist. He's very patient with me and calms me down when I'm having anxiety. I'm deathly afraid of needles and he goes very slow and makes me feel reassured. The assistants are very sweet.

One star because I couldn't leave 0 stars. Words cannot explain how disappointed i am with this place and how distressed i am at the moment. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction in 2020 and received negligence from the provider. They took X-rays prior to my extraction and the day of the extraction provider Jose Miguel Saldarriaga completed the procedure without looking at the X-rays. After he completed the extraction he realized he took the roots out of my other molar, he discussed this in front of me with the assistants and showed no remorse for what he did. he told me it would heal back and treated it like it was no big deal. Over time my molar NEVER healed and only got worse. When I went in for a cleaning they told me that it was abnormal and sent me to a periodontist. Upon showing them my x-rays and the notes of the procedures they explained due to the teeth being so close, there should have been extra precautions and procedure completed to avoid any bone loss. The periodontist reached out to DR. Barnes associates and told them to follow-up with me regarding my concerns about their procedures and DR. Barnes associates couldn't have cared less. They never reached out. Now Jose Miguel Saldarriaga has caused me significant teeth damage and significant amount of stress. Now i have to get surgery that may result in serious amount of health complications and I have at risk health conditions. If anything happens to me, i make Dr. Barnes Associates, especially Jose Miguel Saldarriaga fully responsible due to negligence and malpractice.

We went to this office to get my 4-year old son's cavity filled. My husband was with my son and I did not realize until after the procedure was completed that the dentist did not offer to use any pain medication during the procedure. My son even raised his hand three times, telling the dentist he was in pain, and the dentist did nothing. Afterwards, there was still pain in the tooth and we went to another dentist to get the tooth checked out. We found out that Barnes Dental had put a filling over a significant amount of decay. I informed the office of our findings and they did not offer any remorse. We had to go through a lot of pain, even have my son put under, to get the work fixed because the procedure was now made much more intensive and he ended up losing the tooth. Think twice before stepping foot in here...or you may end up with some seriously messed up dental work from a dentist who is not afraid to straight up lie about his practice and procedures.

Called this place for basic questions. The person at the other end was rude and completely unprofessional. The receptionist gave me a number to call when i called the call was forwarded back to her. The receptionist then got mad at me for doing what she asked me to do. (Because the call was forwarded back to her she grew even more upset. ) Definitely not dealing with these individuals they're not the only place on this earth. I highly suggest you stay away from any negative places such as this one.

I dont recommend this place for children my daughter was not scared to see a dentist now she is. They have no patience for Kids. Daughter had worked done under general anesthesia but it wasn’t done right now she will have to do it again.

Put on hold waited for 20 minutes.. hang up... called back 2nd try put on hold for 15 minutes waiting to set appointment I guess I'll go elsewhere. Also like to add seems like the person on the outside is upset or busy ?
