Danger, do not go to this dentist. I really wanted him to be everything that I had read online. A non-toxic dentist that had my best interest in mind. Dr. Larsen has been generally very kind and accommodating however he is detached from his clients and in this situation very out of reach which caused a potentially life threatening situation. The only professional person in the office is the billing specialist, Carly. She has been understanding, follows through on phone requests and is extremely professional. My recent experience, I had a fractured tooth that required a crown. After the treatment I felt radiating pain through my gums, jaw and ear. I assumed my gums were just sore from the procedure. 4 days later the pain was so intense I couldn’t sleep at night and started spiking a fever. My tooth was infected. The office was closed and there is not an emergency line so I waited another couple of days and when I called in they told me the dentist wasn’t in but gave me a prescription for antibiotics and scheduled me for 8:30am the following morning. (7 days after my crown had been placed and my tooth was infected)In the meantime I called around and got in to see a specialist that let me know the severity of my situation. He immediately got me in for an appointment and when I called to cancel my appt with doctor Larsen I was informed that I would be charged a cancellation fee. When I tried to explain the severity of my situation to Tom (I believe that’s his name)at the front desk he hung up on me. I’m shocked. I can’t with a good conscious e recommend this dental office and wish we had better alternatives to healthy dentistry in the Clovis area. Don’t trust this office with your precious teeth.

First time I went there it was awesome like a lot of dentists in the Central valley they put forth a good image.

But just like other dentists in Fresno including my previous dentist " care and cure dental Fresno ".. the customer service changes remarkably on your second or third visit. All the five-star reviews you see are people who paid for crowns or implants but if you don't pay for any of that then you're going to get relegated to second class citizen treatment.

I showed up for my second cleaning this week got into the chair at 1:52 p.m. and was pushed out by 2:06 p.m. what they do is just use the metal tool to scrape off any charger and then as a mere formality what Central valley dentist will do is the hygienist will take the polishing tool dip it into the solution and then just barely touch your tooth. They don't actually polish your teeth. They make you pay up front so then when they don't do their job they can just push you out the door.

I actually was considering get tijg an implant ... But if they Rush the implant the same way that they Rush a cleaning then I would have to go and get it all done again at a different place and lose all my money.

I love Dr. Larsen and his assistants but especially greatly, greatly, greatly love how Sam goes over and above to help me feel safe and secure. He always knows what will ease my mind during treatments. I've been using Dr. Larsen for years and the amount of care that Larsen puts into saving my teeth, even though I have some hard cases, is priceless!

Update: I now travel 6+ hours just to get the best dental procedure possible because I trust Dr Larsen completely. I have been a dental patient for Dr Larsen for over a decade. I have seen other dentists for emergencies from being far away, but I always regret that I wasn’t able to see Larsen.

Long story short, he is a wonderful dentist who cares and works with steady hands!l

So I switched dentist hoping to find something better than were I was. Actually I found SOMEONE who cares and is honest. Dr Larsen was honest and caring since the first consult. The day of my procedure, Dr Larsen focused on keeping me comfortable. Let me tell you that I am not a fan of dental visits but by far, this has been the most comfortable, pain free, dental procedure I've ever had in my life. He also followed up via phone call later in the afternoon to check how I was doing, totally unexpected (most doctors don't do that) but I am so grateful for that and the constant education he provides to help with healing process. I am so happy to have found Dr Larsen. I strongly recommend this office; the staff is very friendly and Dr Larsen is awesome. Definitely staying here for many years.

Dr.Larsen is kind, jovial, gentle, highly effective, sensitive to patient’s needs, uses advanced technology, teaches (using interesting videos while being worked on), concerned about methods to enhance healing, and very professional. I have received several extracts and implants,and his care has always been impeccable. I have left his office again and again, after his procedures, with little to no pain. I am so glad to have found him and his welcoming staff. I highly recommend his dental practice for all your dental needs!

Our family dentist of 30 yrs. passed away from Cancer (Dr. Boggess). I couldn't imagine ever being able to replace him. Finding Dr. Larsen was an absolute blessing. His staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Larsen puts me at ease just as much as my old dentist. Dr. Larsen does good work and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He has a safe and holistic approach to dentistry which was really important to me. It is almost impossible to find someone like him these days and I'm so glad that I did.

I am a new patient of Dr. Gary Larsen. And at my age, I have been to a few really good dentists. However, Larsen's practice is not just better. It is absolutely amazing. He and his staff use technology that is light years ahead of the average dental office while at the same time their staff are friendly and caring. Gary called me personally late this evening just to check up on my progress. Wow!
