1st visit. Retired with Delta Dental coverage. Very personable staff. Had full x-rays, exam, and cleaning. Quickly devised a plan of action going forward. Got a printed estimate... Wow! Costs were much lower than former non-plan dentist!! We're happy we've arrived at Ash Tree Dental !!!

I had a dental emergency and they were able to take care of everything I needed same day. Everyone from the front office to the dentist were very caring and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this place. Dr. Kaur is very gentle and extremely caring. I was so scared and nervous but they made the entire experience a good one.

This morning Dr. Kaur removed my wisdom tooth. Of course I was nervous but she reassured me she’d take care of me and everything would be fine! She’s AMAZING!!! It was quick and painless! I didn’t even know she was done yet! I didn’t feel anything except the normal pressure, absolutely no pain at all! Definitely recommend Dr. Kaur @ Ashtree Dental! The staff is really friendly and helpful as well!

This place has good reviews for service, but somehow I got the opposite experience. Did the usual clean and that was great. I then scheduled my wisdom tooth extraction, planned it around work and prepared for it. Only to get a call the day of the extraction saying the doctor was a no show. I guess. I told them I had ask for time off and if we could reschedule as soon as possible. There was nothing recent so I rescheduled for 3-4 weeks out. I gave them the benefit of doubt seeing how good their reviews were. They confirmed through email, text, and a call a day before the appointment that everything was set. Asked for time off of work and prepped everything again for said appointment. ONLY TO GET A CALL ON MY WAY THERE to tell me the doc doesn’t do wisdom teeth extractions!! Worst experience I have ever had. Do not recommend.

I called due to having a toothache which I had previously been told I most likely needed a root canal. I asked the person I spoke with if they would be able to do a root canal the same day if they deemed it was necessary and she said yes. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the same day. I went in and was told I needed a deep clean and a root canal. I was then informed I wouldn’t be getting a root canal that same day, I thought okay that’s fine I can come back. It wasn’t until the end that I was scheduled until the end of October for the root canal. I wouldn’t be upset at how far out I was scheduled if they had been up front and told me how far out they were on root canals because like I stated a different dentist had already told me what I needed which I then relayed that same information. So I had half a deep cleaning done and left with the same tooth/jaw pain I was already having. Feels like a waste of time. I could have just kept calling around to find a dentist who could actually do my root canal that same day or some day very soon since that’s the cause of my pain. I’m being prescribed antibiotics but who knows if that’s going to fix my pain.

Friendly staff, patient and understanding since I'm hard of hearing, good communication of what needs to be done, very positive first impression of lady dentist and staff. Feeling no anxiety like I have at other facilities. Perhaps I sense a degree of competence from the staff and dentist. Not fake people, they seem to be real.
