I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism I received today. The last time I visited the office, I brought my children in for a routine check-up. At that time, I updated my contact information with the receptionists and scheduled a future appointment. I then received a text confirming my future appointment with them.

However, when I arrived for my scheduled visit, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled because they had attempted to reach me at an incorrect number four times. To make matters worse, I was met by an unprofessional staff member who claimed they had other important appointments, even though the facility was completely empty with not single person in sight.

I strongly advise against doing business with this practice.

Forgive me for not remembering the woman’s name but she was so thorough with my teeth whitening process. Loved watching shows on their Netflix TV in my room.
Give yourself a couple of 90-120 minutes for the procedure with gel reapplication every 15 minutes.
She had a list of instructions for after the session and I wasn’t totally prepared to give up certain food and drinks, or buy white toothpaste for 48 hours. For that great price I’m happy to do it.

This is my first time visiting Smile Studio Dental and I must say from the ambience, to front desk hospitality right down to their customer service is a 10/10. That energy first thing in the morning really sets you along the way. The technology used for the scans were new to me and quite intriguing. The assistant was thorough and answered any questions I may have. If you have somewhere to go, they also take that into account which is a plus. I am looking forward to making this my new home. Thanks guys!
