I recently started orthodontic treatment for both of my daughters, and overall, the experience has been very positive! The front office staff and Michael have been so friendly, welcoming, and supportive, which makes the whole process easier for everyone. The only thing I’d mention is that during our first appointment with the doctor, she didn’t introduce herself to the girls, so it felt a little businesslike. My daughters even asked afterward who the doctor was, so a quick introduction would go a long way to make them feel more comfortable.

We had our first consultation and the whole staff was so friendly and welcoming. Their accommodations (iPads, massage chairs, tooth brushing station, prize wheel) made my slightly anxious daughter feel very at ease and happy to be there. They spent 1.5 hours with us doing a thorough consultation and plan and spoke with our pediatric dentist as well to get a comprehensive understanding of her background. In the summer of 2017, I went from Japan to study in California.
Even now 7 years later, I will never forget the wonderful treatment Dr. Panucci gave me and her gentle personality.

Even though my dentist in Japan fixed my orthodontic appliance strongly so that it would not come off during my stay in the U.S., it broke when I had been there less than a week.
I talked to my host mother Lisa, and she told me she knew of a great dentist that her two children went to and introduced me to Beach Braces.

My braces were the uncommon kind that attach to the back of the teeth, plus they were the Japanese way.

However, Dr. Panucci and her assistant were warm and welcoming and provided appropriate and excellent treatment.

Thanks to Dr. Panucci, my braces were keeping perfect condition until I returned to Japan, and I was able to enjoy my life in the U.S. with great peace of mind.
