The absolute Worst!
New Patient Experience:
1. While laying on the dentist chair, front receptionist comes in to talk about the fees.
2. Begins to raise her voice to me and argue about needed procedures and costs, when I give her my budget.
-This is not a car dealership.
3. I pay for the work performed.
4. When I call back a month later, dentist and admin change there opinion of how long a temporary filling "could" or "should" last (went from 3 months, to "maybe 2-3 weeks")
5. I call the urgent number for Dr. Garibihan 3 months later and he basically tells me to "pay more" or screw off. A post-procedure infection had set in 3 months after treatment, and he refuses to prescribe antibiotics.
6. I call in today and the receptionist answers. I ask what prescription of antibiotics I was given at the first visit. She begins to argue with me about paying for further treatment. Then guesses what medicine I was prescribed, without looking at my medical files.
7. Her guess was Amoxicillin, which I am allergic to.
8. Then I had to argue for her to simply look at my medical records for accuracy.
9. Been on hold for 20 minutes, still waiting for an answer.
10. Bottom line: piss poor professionalism, money hungry, sloppy mechanic shop for medical profession.

*In response to Dr. Gharibian's comment below..., I made (one) urgent care request for antibiotics when the post treatment infection had set in. I called his direct "urgent" line, and was nearly cursed out by the dentist to "either pay another $1200 for his continued services, or don't bother him" and then he hung up on me.

There is no excuse for this lack of professionalism, in any industry... Especially the medical industry.

PS. This was after already paying nearly $1,000 on the first visit.

Dr. Gharibian is a great professional! Extremely knowledgeable and courteous on every occasion. Myself and my boyfriend are his patients for years and I have to say how punctual he is. That's a great plus considering that we have full time jobs and each minute counts. His staff at the front desk and behind front desk are also so extremely professional and polite. We are very fortunate to have a great dentist to care for us! Highly recommended.

The best dental experience I’ve ever had! I have so much anxiety about visiting the dentist! The team here eased my fears and treated me with such kindness and reassurance. They were so gentle with me and sweet. Dr. Gharibian works fast and efficiently. I’m so relieved to have found this office! The whole team is just great! I’m not afraid anymore!

I have been visiting the offices of Dr Alen for seven years. One of the reasons I picked Dr. Alen was I was checking out dental web sites ,and Dr Alen had a great web site. The care, time, and money he has put into his office and equipment is amazing. Dr.Alen is a very personable friendly skillful dentist.
His staff from the front desk to his dental technicians/hygienists have all been very professional. His office and dental rooms, all hi tech clean and comfortable.

Doctor Gharibian is the best. I had cavities and he treated them and I haven’t had any problems ever since. Thank you Doctor Gharibian. Also the office is very nice and clean. Staff is the best and the manager is kind. I’m so happy!
