Dr. Sanvictores and her assistant Blanca was exceptional! I used to have dental anxiety but they took care of that with their kind demeanor extreme professionalism and beautiful personalities I feel so cared for and loved I literally want to come back here everyday!

Dr. D is really a good doctor and Carmen and his assistant who I forgot her name. I apologize for that. Very professional and they know what they are doing. I'm grateful they can service the community and everyone is happy about their mouth. SO I still have a pretty smile AND WILL KEEP IT THAT WAY!!! First of all.. You make appointments and when you get there it is for other procedure's than what you originally made. Very unprofessional staff and very loud. They don't take the time to greet patient's and make them feel welcomed. They lack customer service skills, starting from the manager who trained these employees. However the dentist 's available, do their best in trying to keep up. The only think that I dislike about how they do business, they schedule too many appointments just to finish one side or another "milk the system" comes to mind. Hopefully higher management can read this and make a positive change.

My Medi-cal covers but my goodness i was waiting for the longest and i didn't even get my teeth cleaned or anything just checked. Friendly staff just extremely long waits.
