I have been going to village dental for many many years and I love going there as the dentists, dental assistants and staff are very friendly and well knowledge in everything and they know what they are doing. They are good with children as we brought them there when they were children and there costs are reasonable when you have insurance. They are also open late on weekdays and open on Saturdays which has always been convenient for me. If you want a great dentist then you should check them out.

Been going here for years, but I have been so deeply disappointed in their service that i've decided to find a new dentist. I called to book an appointment for tooth pain that I was experiencing and luckily (i thought) they were able to book me since there was a cancellation. My appointment was at 2:00pm, I got there at 1:45. They didn’t check my teeth until 3:30, and once they did, they told me they needed to redo a filling and that i was experiencing tooth decay. They topped it off with telling me that I needed to schedule another appointment to get it done. AFTER I told them i needed to get it done today due to my living circumstances.

Using the excuse of “its the end of year” and “no time” is so upsetting knowing thats this entire procedure could have been done in the hour and a half I waited to get a simple consolation. Any business who makes you wait 30 min plus unattended does not have any respect for your time so if you’re looking for a new dentist I would simply look the other way. They are “too busy”.

My husband went on Saturday and waited 2hrs for cleaning went back today to get a crown has been waiting there for more the 2hrs in the back. The doctor was going to be right back and took for ever to return. This office is definitely about quantity and not quality. They want to fit as such people in at one time without caring about the patient experience. The times that I’ve gone same they don’t care about your time.

Been going here for years. All the staff from Claudia to the girls in the back are amazing! One instant of an unsatisfactory visit with a Dr but I mentioned to front desk and never happened again (I actually never seen that Dr again at app lol). Dr Singh did a bridge for me and I thank him for ensuring it was a proper fit before setting it in place. Even sent it back to have it reshaped. Now it's in with a good fit and an even bite.

I resolved incident #2 detailed below, a day or two after writing this review. I don’t like to hold grudges against hardworking people however since I experienced it I think it should still stand. The office manager did not call me back the day after her initial phone call so I called after hours the next day inquiring whether or not she had investigated. She had the front desk reception call me with an apology that it was indeed their oversight and was able to fit me into a cancellation slot (whether it was truly a cancellation I don’t know because I waited 1 hour between cleaning and getting my filling) on the weekend.
I also cannot say whether they would’ve addressed my complaint further if I had not followed up.

I do not like to write reviews based on one bad experience however, I did have one bad experience, and the follow up was not great. In general the dentistry is fine, but I feel like the office operations are lackluster.
1) When I was calling to set up an appointment as a new patient I filled out their online form. I received a call from the office which I was not able to pick up and when I called back I referenced this and the receptionist was very confused. She thought I already had an appointment or that I was a returning patient.

2) I had a six month appointment scheduled, during which I also wanted to have a chipped front tooth assessed and treated. At this point I had already had the chipped tooth for close to a month because for various reasons I can only go on Saturday. I had tried to get an earlier appointment but they didn’t have any.On the day of my appointment, the dentist said I would get a filling, and whoever was assisting him said that I would get my cleaning that day as well. However the receptionist who came to talk to me about insurance details led me to the front desk and rescheduled me. The only Saturday appointment they had was a month from then. Then she told me to have a nice day, which usually means that the appointment is over. However I had not received my cleaning. I waited outside for five minutes to see if anyone would step outside to call me back but no one did so I left.
When I got home it did not seem normal to me that I would go to my appointment for a regular cleaning and only receive an x-ray and an assessment by the dentist and then leave.

I emailed the office staff to ask about this issue, and she called me to tell me that she did not know and that she did not ask anyone before calling me so she had no answers for me. She said she wanted to hear my side of the story… the one I already wrote in email to her. They did not offer any solutions, so I am living with a chipped tooth for another month until my appointment. This incident does not sit right with me and I would switch dentists except that they are the only dentist under my insurance that is open on Saturdays...

Village Dental Care is THE most patient friendly Dentist I've ever been to. I've been a patient here for years, and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, courteous and just like family!!! The great prices, and financial services made my dental care affordable and stress free. I highly recommend Village Dental Care. Thanks again Village Dental Care for making my Dental care pain free, extremely affordable and as close to enjoyable as a trip to the dentist can be.
