Great dental care, but awful service in the front office. After going into the office many, many times to check about a balance on my account and being told no many times, I heard nothing from them for over 6 months. Finally, I got a threatening call about sending me to collections, because they didn't bother to actually take my payment any of the many times I asked. This is particularly egregious since I asked them many, many times to allow me to pay early to avoid anxiety around payment issues.

Dr. Kanemura was referred by my dentist for possible gum graft surgery. Yes I found out I need it. He is wonderful!!! Clear explanation and very nice. The office staff is also great.
