Absolutely amazing experience! The front office was very knowledgeable and explained things so well. They really care about their patients. DR.Nelson did an amazing job and the anesthesiologist and assistants were extremely comforting. I have already recommended this place to friends, family and my clients. Marcella is one of the nicest and most helpful front end staff to deal with in the dental industry. She was a pleasure to talk to, answered all my questions and did not try to rush me off the phone. This is a rare quality when dealing with dental office stuff. Dr Nelson is pretty awesome too.

I took my daughter to get a consultation for her wisdom teeth. I couldn’t afford the $1600 quote they gave me. At the time of visit I was told I had to pay $108 that would go towards surgery. I took my daughter to another office that also specializes in Oral Surgery/Dentistry. They stated it’s a state law to submit to her medical insurance. They did so and it’s fully covered. I called this office to talk to a supervisor and asked if I was able to get a refund. Instead of a simple no. She was extremely rude. Wouldn’t allow me to talk. I said, “I’m going to stop you may I please get your name”? She said oh good, I’m so glad it’s over and hung up on me. I work in the medical field and if I ever talked to a patient in the rude tone and all the comments she made, I would be fired. Allison, the Supervisor doesn’t handle things with tact and is extremely rude. Dr Nelson should be ashamed of who he has running his office. Nobody deserves to be talked to in the manner she does.

Dr. Nelson is wonderful! He goes above and beyond for his patients. I called on a Monday afternoon and he got me in for a consult the next morning and had the extractions completed by that afternoon. He provided me upfront with all of my options, the risks, and his educated opinions on what would be best for my situation. Procedure went great and he has checked in on me via phone call/text multiple times since (it's been about a month). Definitely recommend!

Our daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nelson in December. We were concerned that she would spend her break from school in pain and have a long recovery. Dr. Nelson was gentle and thoughtful with her pain management, making her recovery swift and nearly painless. The time he took for post op care and following up with her recovery has been phenomenal. The team of assistants and secretaries were a breeze to work with while being kind and patient. The office is comfortable and conveniently located with lots parking. My husband and I are grateful to have Dr. Nelson care for our college and high school children.

I had the most comfortable experience in this office, although I’m only a teenager, I would never want to go to anybody else because Dr. Nelson did AMAZING. He was very calming and the nurses were comforting through the whole process. The pain wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought and Dr Nelson was very friendly. I would recommend this to anybody who feels uncomfortable about getting wisdom teeth surgery because with Dr. Nelson you’ll do great!

I don’t even know where to start, but definitely thank you Dr. Nelson. I recently had my 4 wisdom teeth removed and let me start off by saying I have been putting this off for about 5 years. I don’t do very well with any dental work up and definitely not wisdom teeth surgery. My wisdom teeth kept bothering so much that I knew it was time. I googled and googled my life away trying to find the best oral surgeon. So I gave Dr. Nelson a shot. My first consultation was such a great experience, the staff as you come in welcomes you and makes you feel so much comfortable. I knew it right there and there that this was the place. Sure enough I met Dr. Nelson. He was so caring and so understanding he automatically knew how scared I was about the whole situation. He explained to me in detail how the procedure was going to be and my options to make my experience the most comfortable it can be. The day of my surgery I was nervous but his treatment plan and the IV general anesthesia work wonders. Let me tell you I don’t know what Dr. Nelson does but he works magic. I left the office pain free and I have not yet experienced any pain, swelling, complications, bruising. I am on day 4 and I feel great. Is like nothing ever happen. Dr. Nelson cares so much he even calls you the day of surgery to check up on you and provides you with his personal cell number. You can text, call him anytime and he will answer. What doctor does that for you? I absolutely recommend this office, and I would do it all over again if needed. I am not very good at doing reviews but I just can’t thank Dr. Nelson enough. Thank you so much for making my worst night mare such a comfortable experience. ❤️
