0 stars!!! I went in for a treatment for my first visit and was told I had to get work done on my teeth. After reviewing the costs I was questioning what codes they were inputting because they were charging me $200 for a regular checkup and polish. I spoke to my insurance which told me that my insurance should've covered the entire cost and was told to call the dentist to confirm what codes they were inputting. This has never been a problem as other dentists have provided me this with no questions asked or issues. They were trying to charge me $4500 for 3 crowns and claiming that my insurance only covered a portion. I called and spoke to Jessica, the old lady at the front, who was very unprofessional and rude. I called her 3 separate times and was told she would get back to me after reviewing the codes that were billed. She NEVER got back to me until I called her again 3 days later. She then proceeded to tell me that she isn't allowed to give out the codes to me and that I have to go through my insurance. I myself already spoke to my insurance who told me to ask for the codes from them and she was extremely unhelpful and useless at helping me. I'm sure they didn't want to give me the code because they just want to profit off me. I unfortunately switched to this location because my insurance changed but before this I had the best service at Angeles Dental. HIGHLY recommend ANGELES DENTAL. Avoid going to Oasis Crap Dental!!! HORRIBLE service here! The dentist messed with my teeth when I clearly told him I have no issues with them and the receptionist was very unhelpful and rude. DO BETTER AND AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I went to Oasis dental, and it was odd that no patients were there, in the middle of the afternoon, completely empty, not one. This is me when I got home from Oasis dental. I took an immediate pic, after being told I had gum and periodontal disease, so badly in fact, that I did not even qualify for a simple regular cleaning(free under my insurance), but needed an oral surgery/deep cleaning procedure( about $1000), not for just a few teeth or one quadrant, but needed for every tooth, or entire mouth! Dr Pejman Mokhtar entered the room in blue jeans and a black tee shirt, which I found highly unprofessional, and made me nervous. Was this really a dentist about to touch me? He put on a glove and took about a 20 seconds peek, with no tools, or lightning, then told me not only this, but that the crown I just had replaced last year was old, needed replacement, and had a cavity. I am obsessed with my teeth, brushing flossing, and using water flossing, wanting no dental bills due to neglect. I have teeth cleaned every 6 months. I am also a health insurance agent, selling dental policies, helping guide people into better care, to save on their policies. Though some really may need need deep cleaning with periodontal disease, bleeding or infected gums, I warn of the "deep cleaning scam", and let them know to get a 2nd opinion should they believe, or know, like I, that they are not in need of this $1000 procedure. To sum it up, I told him I would like only a "regular" cleaning (free under my policy), and after my full complete checkup(which he had not done), including X-rays, we would discuss my crown, and other needs, should findings show (knowing X rays would show, no cavity, crown or other problem). Perturbed, saying nothing to me, he just left the room, after I requested this! A girl appeared saying these were the treatments prescribed. I asked if I was understanding correctly, that the dentist was refusing to clean my teeth normally, or even do X-rays to show I in fact needed , "unless" I 1st "agreed" to a $1000 deep cleaning and a $3500 crown that had just been put on? She actually said "yes"! She too then left the room. I just sat there alone, ignored, by all, in the Twilight Zone!!! I waited, then got up, on my own, walked up front, to find them all just sitting there, still no other patients(victims) in the entire establishment. I asked what was happening, if I needed to find another dentist for a simple cleaning, checkup and X-rays? They smugly told me, I could if I like? I thought I was in a dream, could a dentist really be that awful, to cheat people this extensively? I know the deep cleaning scam, but WOW, prescribing work for a cavity/crown, not performing an X-ray, to have on file as evidence it was needed? This place is another level of awful. I went to another dentist. I needed no deep cleaning! The hygienist exclaimed she had next to nothing to clean, during my "regular cleaning", and congratulated me on my hygiene! Additionally, I have absolutely no cavities, and my crown is perfect! I filed a grievance with my insurance against this fraudulent dentist, as well as a complaint with the dental board. It seems he mistakenly thinks that all people living in Palmdale are unintelligent, or incapable of reporting his unfathomable tactics of deception? He chooses to go to these lengths to make money, instead of just being a good dentist where patients will flock to him? Dr Pejman Mokhtar should not be licensed.

Love this dentist office! Highly recommend if you are similar to me & get anxiety just thinking about the dentist.
Got two extractions, top molar on each side. Not a easy procedure but he explained every step in the process to me so I knew what to expect. I appreciate the amazing communication the staff has with their patients. My 8yr old got a cleaning & 12 year old also had 3 cavities filled. They made my kids and I feel so comfortable in their office.
The doctor was very reasonably priced. Not any higher than other dentists that I researched and had consultations with.
Now that I've had my dental work taken care of, I'm excited to see how my teeth whitening comes out!!!

Been over 10 years since I’ve had anything done, he *the dentist* took care of me and the same goes to the two amazing girl assistance he got. He’s been busy but managed to squeeze me in and actually get a bunch of stuff done in a short amount of time. Maybe my review doesn’t mean $h/t cause I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time or maybe it means a lot. But he got down and tried make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would and will be recommending him to people. Good looking out foo 💪🏽

I went to Dr. Mo because a good friend of mine recommended him. From the moment I walked in I was treated respectfully. Dr. Mo performed his exam and personally went through my X-rays with me. I had two teeth with decay around my old fillings and I also needed a deep cleaning. That day I scheduled several appointments to get my cleanings and fillings. Dr. Mo was able to get me numb so fast- I didn't feel a thing! This is truly painless dentistry! At my last appointment I was scheduled for my 6 month check-up/cleaning and re-evaluation. I had a great experience and recommend Dr. Mo to anyone looking for an honest and gentle dentist.

I absolutely love coming here I have been coming here for years! Dr Mo has always been kind to me and my kids always gentle and explains everything to me. I have had all type of work done by Dr Mo and every time he has been patient with me and took his time. My grandmother went to him and she was always terrified of dentists but she told me after she saw him and got a tooth pulled that she never even felt him pulling her tooth out. She told me he was the BEST dentist ever and I truly believe that. Thank you Dr Mo for always taking care of me and my family for all of these years. HANDS DOWN BEST DENTIST EVER!!!

Went here on a friends referral. Thought all was great so much so that I took my whole family to be seen by him. His staff never followed through with billing or inquiries. Never returned phone calls and worst of all, after being in discomfort with a crown for over 6 months and being told "you shouldn't have any feeling because you had a root canal done" no kidding sherlock, obviously a problem. Went to another dentist to be evaluated, to have discovered that I need to have it redone due to "open margins and is unserviceable". Do yourself a favor and stay away.
