My dentist referred me to Synergy Endodontics. I needed a root canal. I was nervous because it was my first root canal, and I already have a crown on the tooth that needed to be treated. My biggest concern is the possibility that if there is too much damage, I could lose my tooth. Dr. Oo is excellent. She is informative and highly skilled. I had no pain during the procedure. She performed the root canal with ease and, most importantly, she was able to save my tooth. I was so relieved. I would recommend Synergy Endodontics to anyone who needs a root canal. After the procedure, I had no pain or discomfort. I only felt minor sensitivity on the treated tooth, which subsided in a couple days. Thank you Dr. Oo for such a positive experience.

I have had around five root canals done through Synergy over the last few years. It’s about an hour and a half drive for me since I live in Ridgecrest. That is just enough time to get my anxiety level worked up for no reason. Dr Gee makes the whole procedure seem fairly routine.

I had a root canal done here in Ridgecrest about 20 years ago by a dentist who probably should have referred me to an endodontist. It was one of the most agonizing experiences I have been through. So it makes me feel anxious every time I need one. But after having 5 of them done at Synergy I should realize it doesn’t be a bad experience.

Dr Gee has the whole novocain thing figured out too. It seems any time I go to any dentist it takes hours for the novocain to wear off. I hate that feeling. Yet, anytime I go to Synergy, the novocain has worn off when I get to my car.

Dr Sin was very thorough in explaining the treatment plan for my case and providing the big-picture vision for treatment, aimed at the best long-term outcome. Dr. Oo is amazing!!! Unfortunately, I have a mouth that requires these very uncomfortable dental visits. The kind that need root canals. If I am going to have to suffer through a root canal, it might as well be by someone I trust. Dr. Oo is that someone for me. She and her staff eased my claustrophobia fears as I sat nervously in her chair with a bunch of stuff in my mouth. She as well as her hygienist talked me through the procedure. Told me to lift my hand if I wanted her to stop at any time. I must admit I was not the best patient at times when I needed to lift my hand instead of talk. I did learn to follow the instructions before I left her office though😅. Dr. Oo is not the only dentist at Synergy that does great work. Synergy Endodontics has others like Dr. G. that provide good work as well. If you have to get a root canal see if you can be referred to Synergy Endodontics, in Palmdale CA. It is worth a try. 😊

I dreaded the thought of a root canal based on prior experience with my local dentist. HOWEVER, this was the most efficient and professional dental experience I've had by far. I don't think I could say enough positive about the service from beginning to end.

The office staff was polite and the tech that took my x-rays was very polite and professional.

Most of us dread going to the dentist, however, the process with Dr Gee was smooth and painless from beginning to end. In addition, Dr. Gee was very professional and detailed throughout the process from beginning to end, he explained the process of what needed to be done regarding my treatment beforehand and explained what was required after the treatment was completed.

So Dr Gee was a “G!” I would HIGHLY recommend him to my family and friends. 👍🏾
