Despite the reason for my visit (root canal), this was a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk are kind and welcoming. The interior of the office is decorated in a calming manner. The dental assistants were friendly and confident in their duties. The best part was Dr. Han. I was nervous and afraid of the pain during a root canal. He has a very reassuring and genuine manner, plus he is talented at what he does. I experienced no pain at all during the procedure. Highly recommend.

Dr.Lors Recommended this place for my very first root canal. And I was very satisfied with my experience. I was told alot of horror stories about having a root canal, but Dr. Song and his staff are very good at what they do. Dr.Song said I might feel sore a couple hours after the procedure, but I didn't had any pain at all even after the anesthesia wore off. I highly recommend this place as well as Dr.Lors Spicher's.

Dr. Song is a terrific endodontist. I was referred to him from my dentist because of severe tooth pain I was experiencing after crown prep. For about a week, as I waited for my dentist to be in the office, I struggled with the worst toothache ever on the adjacent bottom tooth. I'm pregnant so I can't take most painkillers and anti-inflammatory medication except Tylenol, which I also didn't want to overdo, having experienced hours of agonizing pain in between redosing. After finally being able to be squeezed in for an appointment, my wonderful dentist said she couldn't address the root canal because they don't have the appropriate dental equipment to do so in their office. Apical Endodontics was called from the front desk and I had an appointment within the next hour. My first impression of the Palmdale office was that it was tidy and the receptionists/dental assistants were super sweet and attentive. I then met Dr. Song who was super respectful, a good listener, and thorough with his tests. He mentioned my bottom tooth pain could be referred pain from the top tooth (the one that had the crown prep). I couldn't believe it because of the agonizing throbbing pain I felt on the bottom tooth. He numbed my bottom tooth, which continued to ache, to start the root canal but I could sense the uncertainty in his face. He said he wanted to numb the top tooth just to see if the ache in the bottom tooth would subside. Lo and behold, it did. However, the local anesthesia had been injected in the bottom tooth first so we weren't 100% certain that the top injection was the reason the bottom tooth stopped hurting, of if the bottom anesthesia just settled in further. We decided not to rush this and rescheduled for a couple of days later. Interestingly, the pain subsided significantly since the last appointment. Dr. Song ran some more tests on the top and bottom affected teeth on my second appointment and the bottom tooth had absolutely no indication of inflammation or pain. We deduced there's no other option but the top tooth and he got to work immediately. He was super considerate of me and my baby throughout the process and gave me plenty of words of encouragement, positive feedback, and offered me breaks if necessary. The procedure went on longer than expected and he stayed after hours to make sure I got the service I needed. It's been 3 days now and I have absolutely no pain. My gum was slightly tender the following day, but barely. I took no medication. I am dumbfounded that pain from my top tooth was being so profoundly experienced on my bottom tooth, so much so that if I was stuck on an island somewhere I would've absolutely pulled out my bottom tooth with no idea it wouldn't be helpful lol. I highly recommend Dr. Song. He is an expert with excellent bedside manner and he deserves all the good things in the world. Thank you Apical Endodontics.

It was an amazing experience. It was my sons first visit and I was nervous how his reaction was going to be like but, everyone was so friendly that my son didn't seem to be scared or nervous around the staff. The layout of the office was so cute, they had like a tree house theme and my son really enjoyed the tv in the procedure room. Dr. Tran was amazing and fast and gave me good information on the things I had concerns. Overall it was a great visit and my son would be happy to go back!.

Terrible customer service! They made our appointment at their Valencia office but gave us the Palmdale address. We drove 2 hours to the appointment just to be turned away. The woman I spoke to in Palmdale basically told me it was not her problem. With this kind of incompetence and confusion among their employees I'm actually relieved that they didn't work on my son's teeth.

Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and efficient. We didn’t have a long wait and the dental assistant did my daughter’s xrays and cleaning with ease. Dr. Tran was also very friendly and not intimidating to a child and was very clear in explaining the treatment plan and goals for my daughter’s dental care. Thank you for such an excellent job and making my daughter’s dental experience a good one!
