I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months. The hygienists are great and point out areas where I need to improve my brushing and flossing. Since I have been going to Night Owl, my dental health has improved significantly. Everyone in this office is friendly and professional.

While doing Invisalign with this practice, my experience has gone from bad to horrible. They don't listen to what the patient wants, but easily charge me every visit i go. I have spent a lot of money and after a year in a half process and things are still not where i want to be, truly hope they could of told me what i was looking for was not possible with Invisalign and needed actual braces. I am very frustrated with this practice and staff. Dentist included!

All the staff are accommodating and kind. They take time to get to know their patients. Joel Dental hygienist is highly experienced and gentle. All the dentists and dental assistants are efficient and have great teamwork.

Dental hygienist wiped x-ray machine exactly above the tray with dental tools for my teeth cleaning (those go to my mouth!) and then without changing gloves he went to turn the switch in another room for another machine used for spraying with water. And then with still same same gloves he proceeded to clean my teeth.
I think he might need to be retrained or educated about how not to spread the germs!

I have been going to Night Owl for many years. Very kind, professional and helpful people from the office staff to the dental providers. I'm not the easiest dental patient to work on, but the staff always makes it doable!

Joel and the other dental hygienist are great at what they do. I feel they care about my oral health, what I am doing great on and what I can do better.
