Great and easy experience from checking in to everything else. Was nervous coming to a new place but definitely worth it and the receptionists are very nice and I didn't spend much time waiting. The specialist Jahaira Rios was amazing as well 100% recommend!

Jahaira was so great with my son…and I’m a protective mom and ask a lot of questions and she was patient and kind to me as well. My son walked out with braces the same day as his initial consult which helps busy moms like me. We started our braces journey in san antonio tx the people were so kind and welcoming and explained everything to us. My daughter got a great opportunity in phoenix so she had to move her braces over we had nothing but bad experience at this place.
Everytime she goes in she is not greeted nicely. Nobody has bedside manners.They don't explain anything to us. They are rude and rough with her month. Unwelcoming. Like they all hate there job and don't want to be there. DO BETTER!

I took my two girls to Premier Orthodontics of Central Phoenix on Peoria. We were about 30 minutes early when we arrived, a nice gentleman greeted us and asked if we wanted coffee or water and said he was going throw in a few cookies because the staff hadn’t arrived quite yet. My kids were obviously super excited about fresh baked cookies. I was excited that the office was super clean and smelled great. The office was decorated really awesome with a comic book theme and a back to school cactus in the corner. Very original and comfortable atmosphere. Free WiFi and movies playing in the waiting room as well. I originally only set the appointment for my oldest but they were able to squeeze my other daughter in last minute. Paperwork was a breeze and we were called back at exactly my appointment time. The consult and financial contract was quick but all my questions were answered and nothing was left out. My girls had their braces on almost the same time I was done signing paperwork. After they got their braces on, the staff handed them both new braces kits, talked to them about expectations and we each got a cool shirt. All the assistants were really informative and made us feel comfortable. Jahaira Rios was very helpful and got us a good deal as far as extending the payment plan out with no interest and lowering my down payment so that I was able to get both of them started with their treatment. Dr. Lubinsky had a clear and calm demeanor and set us at ease. Their current promotion ends the 31st and we saved us over $1200. They also have a free Nintendo switch promotion that ends in August that I seen on facebook as soon as we left. The patient has to put down at least $398 so we didn’t qualify but maybe I would have put down a little more so we could’ve received one if we knew about the promotion. Before coming, I had received a consult at another place and the price difference was substantial lower at Premier but the quality and attentiveness is what made our decision.

Best place to get braces! Affordable with a payment plan. Staff is friendly and informs you on everything. The doctor and assistants are very gentle and understanding towards my daughter. Waiting room is nice and clean with drinks and snacks available to their clients.

Jahaira was an awesome and amazing orthodontics. She went out of her way to help me get my girls braces back on . My girls had braces but it was too expensive where they had it before.
She was amazing. My girls were so happy and laughing. My youngest cried cause she really wanted her braces back on . And jahaira had them come in and they got their new braces back on. She was very helpful and gullible . Broke everything down step by step and made everything easier for us with the down payment and monthly payment. So if you want braces I Trena advise you to come in and ask for Jahaira she has wonderful skills and gets the job done in a wonderful fast way. She's an awesome worker. When my 2 year old gets of age I'm having her help me out . She deserves it all with her job . Thank you so much jahaira for making my girls smile again you made are day

Jahaira was absolutely amazing! She was able to work with us to get my daughter into her braces the same day with an affordable payment plan. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Highly recommended!

Beyond happy with my experience, was referred to by my man and his sister Jahaira was great in explaining the process and finances. Keanu was great and made it less nerve wracking. Will be bringing my son and recommending anyone who is wanting a better smile ✨
