I haven't been to a dentist is probably 15-20 years. I was embarrassed how bad my teeth had got..but after a month of dealing with excruciating pain in a broke tooth. I did a little research and seen/heard really good things about La Clinica and decided to make an appointment.. i was able to get in within a week of when I called. I went in for an exam to figure out what to do with the tooth, i decided to pull it. So when I went to schedule a tooth extraction, the doctor actually had a cancellation an hour after my appointment, so I took it! I was suppppper nervous but they did an amazing job, they were soo so nice, I didn't feel judged AT ALL and they also made sure I wasn't in ANY pain. After being numbed I was out of there within 20-30 mins and had no pain the day of extraction and the night of! They did awesome.. so so glad i decided to go here.. i will continue to come back and get more work done.. to get my teeth fixed. I just want them to know how awesome they are and how much it meant to me, that I didn't feel judged and that the genuinely cared.. !! Seriously im soo soo happy with the work they did. ☺️

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. Staff are so friendly - dental care is equivalent (if not better) to what I’ve experienced in high profile expensive dentists offices in Madison, or other major cities I’ve lived in over the years. Text confirming is offered on appointments with advance notice & day before follow up. From cleanings, to cavity repair - and most recently a crown.. I cannot say enough about the communication, care, and compassion I’ve experienced at this great dentist office. Even during the pandemic - excellent care is offered here. I highly recommend- fantastic job hands down amazing place / people. Great job team!!!

I can't say enough about the dentist. Dr. Fransis and her assistant crystal. Very caring. I would return again. And also the receptionist was very nice Ashley. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

i had a broken tooth and needed urgent care. they managed to fit me in. yea i had to wait a little bit. but they saw me and were so super kind and nice to me got that tooth yanked out without pain. i was so afraid of going because my last dentist was a sadist. but i would recommend this place to everyone!! i will be back (and that's not something i ever say about dentists). thank you again for your help kindness and respect!

Didn't care I was in pain,did there examination couldn't remove my tooth because I needed an oral surgeon, well 2 days have come and gone and the
y still haven't faxed my referral to the surgeon from my experience they dont care about you, also you can fax the copy they gave you yourself wish they would have said something see as 1 day equals a week later for your appointment

Very upset w the lack of info offered to us on our options w a tooth. Only to get a call 30 min before my husbands app with info that would have changed our minds on how we handle it. Wasted a day off work for nothing only to show up to an app for a scheduled root canal and not knkw if we should do it or not based on NEW info they should have given us 2 wks ago. Poor service... looking for a new dentist again.

When I try taking my kids there they told me that I could not go in the back with my kids which was not okay with me because considering it's the first time and not only that they said if your kids go you're not allowed to back there which I think that's weird if your kids under the age of 18
