I love this dental office! Dr. Jefferson has been my dentist for at least 10 years. He has always provided me with exceptional service. I admire how skillful, knowledgeable, and patient, he is. I have grown to trust him completely. He does beautiful dental work and educates me in a way that helps me maintain excellent dental health. His Dental Assistant, Susie is a perfect complement to him. She is also skilled, patient, and thoughtful. I can't say enough good things about both of these professionals. I am so grateful that I found them. Additionally, the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this office and know you will be delighted by them too.

This was my first time at this dentist office and Monique the dental assistant was amazing and super nice. The actual dentist was not only gentle but very understanding and patient. His name was Dr. Jefferson. This will now be my new dentist home and I look forward to seeing them in 6 months for my check up

Anytime I go to the dentist my anxiety goes through the roof, so much so I was on the verge of tears. I had an appointment with Dr. Kim and he put me at ease right from the start. He was caring and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed or like I was being judged.

I was told that it cost $300 for deep cleaning of right or left side. I expected to get the deep cleaning of one side only yesterday as I had about 3 years ago. But, without explanation and communication, my teeth were numbed on both sides that caused discomfort and upset of my mouth and stomach/body. I could not function well for my next appointment after the deep cleaning.

Dr Lee is extremely professional, calm demeanor and not at all pushy. He is great with his hands, local
anesthesia was perfect, my recovery was great and had no post-op complications. Through my 1.5 hour extraction process he was focussed, gently maneuvered with his hands and helped me keep calm. He is genuine with his advice, which I very much appreciate and respect.

Dr. Kim does such a good job, but so do the other practitioners in the office. It is simple to get an appointment, their platform is user friendly keeping the patient top of mind. The front staff is friendly and makes me feel welcome and they keep me on track with my dental health.

I highly recommend this office if you live in the South Bay Area.

I’m leaving a review for the new Manager Dominique. We’ve NOT had a good experience at PCH Smiles but we’re locked in for my daughter’s braces. Long story short another issue arose with scheduling and had major cost implications. Dominique was able to explain clearly what the problem is, how we got here, took responsibility for the past teams mistakes and gave guidance on how I can avoid this situation in the future.

I’m Happy with this experience and to work with Dominique who displayed high level of EQ and empathy. I’m also pleased with the doctor we spoke with and I am considering having the rest of the family use PCH Smiles. I hope they continue on this trajectory and Dominique was a big part of my new perspective and how PCH Smiles operate.
